The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Reviews
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is the best way to replay the classic game in the series. Its visual and performance improvements make the adventure more fluid and more stunning, both on TV and on the handheld screen. Not all of its improvements are unanimous, however. The Zelda Notes app brings additional useful and interesting tools, at the cost of an extremely questionable implementation. Finally, the lack of the expansion pack prevents us from calling it the definitive and complete version of the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition doesn’t change the story or core gameplay, but it runs better than ever. 4K resolution, 60FPS, HDR, and faster load times give it the technical upgrade it always needed. A second save slot is a nice addition, and the Zelda Notes app adds optional tools and lore, even if using your phone feels clunky. It’s not a new game, but it’s the best way to play this one.
Few games will ever meet the high expectations Breath of the Wild has set. The Switch 2 version is the best way to play an unforgettable title with better visuals and some neat new features
An already amazing game made even better, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is superb in this upgraded format. Technically much more sound and with fun little extras, this is the definitive edition and a killer addition to the Switch 2 library. It's a shame that, ultimately, Zelda Notes is separate from the game, but it does add some great extra content for those willing to download and sync up.
Despite the mouthful of a name, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is absolutely the definitive experience of a masterpiece. There are few launch titles that are as important and impactful as this one and to re-release it with Switch 2 is not only a masterstroke, it completely transforms the game with silky smooth feel, stunning visuals and a lovely novelty Notes upgrade that adds to the game rather than takes anything away. While the game does show some age in some areas, this version also shows us a timeless product with a high quality bar, making it comparable – and in some cases better – than anything we’ve seen in the last eight years. And somehow still making us gasp in wonder at its scope. An absolute must-play whether it’s your first time and third.
There can be no doubt that the Switch 2 Edition is the best way to play. This is mostly on account of its significant technical upgrades, though some of the new features in the Zelda Notes app are also welcome additions. It's just a shame that several other of those addtions are of no real consequence.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is undoubtedly the best way to play one of the greatest games of all time. The visual and performance enhancements remove any issues that you may have had to endure with the original game. It's practically flawless from that perspective.Sadly, the Zelda Notes app really brings the whole thing down. Useful features that should have been implemented in-game have been relegated to your smartphone, and using it completely breaks immersion in this incredible world. I'm only thankful that it's not even remotely mandatory. Leave Zelda Notes to one side, and you've got the definitive presentation of a modern classic.
Some will say, not unreasonably, that as the Wii U iteration can't fully match the Switch version in visuals and performance it should be docked a point. We understand and appreciate that perspective, but this is nevertheless a fully functional and still entrancing iteration of one of Nintendo's greatest ever games. Across dozens of hours it blends innovative ideas with established tropes, and unfolds in a manner different for everyone. The freedom, the spontaneity, and the outstanding charm and craft of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild isn't lost on Wii U.The best version of the game is on Nintendo Switch, but Wii U owners need not despair - this incredible game still has a worthy home on Nintendo's 'last-gen' system.
The wait for Breath of the Wild to release was a long one but turned out to be worth every minute. The transition to an open world experience turned out to be one of the best moves the series could have made. Exploring Hyrule is such an incredibly rewarding experience. The funny little side quests to the loot-filled dungeons. There will always be a secret of some kind to find when you are exploring. The story is the same as always but somehow feels fresh. Building up the strength to face Gannon is one of the best adventures you will ever experience in a video game.
Games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sells consoles. Newest Zelda is the most amazing hours that you can get from video game.

Where it takes mechanics from others in the industry, it improves upon them; where it introduces new ones, you slap your forehead in amazement that it hasn't been done before. Breath of the Wild is development done right, and damn near the best game you'll play all year.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild may have abandoned the moments and epic battles of the giant and chosen to take a simpler and clearer path, but that doesn't mean it doesn't come with a journey and a challenge more than spectacular.

Breath Of The Wild is one of the best games ever crafted. It is a wonderfully beautiful game in a realistic world with an amazing cast of characters and fulfilling adventure. I recommend everyone to play this game regardless of your opinion on Nintendo or the Zelda franchise because it’s a fun game that looks great. As someone who grew up with the franchise, seeing where it was to where it is, it’s nice to see the series at its pinnacle and once again the game, and franchise, to beat. I look forward to see how the series progress and having the freedom to play it on the go, or on the T.V., makes it even more spectacular. Nintendo has shown that there really isn’t such thing as hardware limitations when you have a strong vision and a great team of developers passionate about crafting a great game and experience. This is a great game with a spectacular vision created by a talented, passionate, group of developers and it’s also a reminder that, sometimes, the best games come from Nintendo. Sometimes the best things truly do come in small packages.
this addition to the Legend of Zelda series has changed a lot in comparison to the past titles of the series and has evolved Open World genre in general. vast open world and the freedom to do whatever you want will create a memorable experience for you. after playing Zelda you will understand that the past "Open World" games that you've played are just like a joke!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a generational leap in game design for open world games. It's not perfect, no game is, but the new take on Nintendo's beloved series coupled with the expert polish and risk taking make Breath of the Wild truly a special game.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a game of legends and one you don't want to skip out on.
Looking back at the games I loved most since the NES era, every single one had their imperfections. If I were to rate those few select titles just based on the pure joy I felt while playing them, however, I'd give those games a 10. Just like those beloved titles, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is not a perfect game. Ask me just how much I enjoyed playing it, though, and I would say it deserves the highest rating I could give it. In the end, that's all that truly matters.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an absolute joy to play as it's an undeniably rewarding adventure set in a deeply immersive world.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an amazing adventure for hours of gameplay. The production, despite some annoying elements, is a unique and outstanding game, which even has to be played.
