Ready or Not manages to make the difficult job of the SWAT team as close and realistic as possible, and more so than anyone has ever done before. If you've enjoyed the SWAT game series, don't hesitate to buy it. This worthy spiritual successor will delight not only the eyes but also the ears with its attention to detail. There will be slight flaws, such as the autonomy of your colleagues, but you can avoid these with your friends in cooperation. The accuracy of your enemies is also unbalanced, and the full version suffers from poor optimization. Aside from these birth pangs, this is a top-notch affair that shouldn't be missed, and not just by hardcore shooter enthusiasts.

Ready or Not is a remarkable yet hollow achievement that should have aspired to be more than it ended up being: fun and flawed in equal measure.
There's no doubt that Ready or Not is one of the most immersive experiences of 2023. The definitive version of this title developed by VOID Interactive offers realistic gameplay, with a wealth of equipment at our disposal. The missions are varied, while the art direction is completely immersive, especially when played in cooperation with friends. While the artificial intelligence of some opponents still needs fine-tuning, this is a complete game that will keep you busy for hours on end. Nevertheless, I'd recommend playing it with colleagues to get the ultimate experience the developers are aiming for.

Ready or Not is a game that is designed to make players feel uncomfortable. In one way, its tense gunfights and the uncertainty of what's behind the next door achieve that in spades. On the other, the locations and missions will cut a little too close to reality for some.
Ultimately, I get what VOID Interactive was going for with Ready or Not, it just isn’t the game for me. I’m sure that this title will have its fans, and I genuinely hope that they get what they want from it. Lord knows that they have been waiting long enough for the game’s full release. For me though, I lost interest in proceedings very quickly due to a barebones single player story, disappointing visuals, and painfully slow gameplay.
