While Operation Meteorite is a welcome addition, it’s not substantial enough to carry the package on its own. Still, the overall offering remains solid, blending nostalgia with smart improvements. With its dual appeal — honoring longtime fans while welcoming newcomers — this is exactly the kind of relaunch Halo needed. Not essential, but undeniably well-timed and effective.
