Red Matter Reviews
Red Matter is the most immersive puzzle game I've played in a long time, thanks in no small part to how well it makes use of VR is utilised.
With achievable puzzles that never slow down the story and a great control scheme, Red Matter sets a new standard for the VR adventure genre. This is a game that deserves to break free from the crowd.
Red Matter showcases what happens when you make VR interactivity the star, and lean into giving the player as much control as possible. The interactivity, immersion, and presentation are top shelf, and the atmosphere is one you shouldn't miss.
Red Matter has undoubtedly left an impression based on the world-building and interactions within.
Red Matter is a great addition to the PlayStation VR game catalog and will certainly please anyone looking for a good story with simple and enjoyable gameplay.

Red Matter is an excellent sci-fi adventure with solid gameplay and intriguing puzzles. Its short length is the main drawback, but it’s still highly recommended.

Overall, Red Matter is a fantastic addition to the Quest library for both casual and hardcore VR players. If puzzles are your thing, or maybe you just love to see something that’s technically stunning, you’ll want to check it out for sure. The work they’ve done porting the game to the Quest is incredible and has set a new standard for ports on the system.
Red Matter is one of the best PSVR titles I’ve played this year, both visually and mechanically. It takes full advantage of both Move Controllers as you swap between various tools in order to solve puzzles, investigate, and traverse. You have multiple methods of transport as well as an option for both snap and smooth turning (coming soon). This great VR puzzle adventure title will have you virtually scratching your head as you try to work out the solutions to the clever puzzles.
