The Witcher Adventure Game is a virtual tabletop experience saddled with simple, repetitive objectives.

The Witcher Adventure Game takes everything from the tabletop game of the same name and digitizes it, with a great deal of attention paid to aesthetics. Unfortunately, the board game being emulated here is poorly-designed, and the gorgeous visuals sometimes get in the way of its functionality.

This is a great game for friends and family to pass some time with, whether you're scattered across the world or conveniently located at home. Do yourself a favour and pick up a copy or four, there are monsters to be slain and victories to be had!

Too obtrusive for newcomers but arguably too light for board game aficionados, The Witcher Adventure Game makes good use of its license and has a solid take on the genre to offer, but is perhaps neither difficult enough nor welcoming enough to appeal to a set audience.

The Witcher Adventure Game is a truly stunning digital version of the board game, that sadly only highlights how much more fun you and your friends could be having playing the physical version.

A solid adventure board game, the asymmetry of the hero characters really adds fun and re-playability.

For all of its faults, The Witcher: Adventure game for PC has an undeniable allure. The artwork is nice and evocative, and the focus on questing is appropriate to the theme. However, there are other games that come immediately to mind which accomplish the feeling of Witcher adventures and plot development better than this does. If you are a fan of the franchise, by all means, consider adding this game to your collection, as it will let you slide into the shoes of some of your favorite characters. For all others, look elsewhere for your adventuring and competitive needs.
