Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle Reviews
Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is a real oddity. There’s a lot of new content introduced as part of the expansion - much of it adding real depth and replay value to an already sizeable package - but changing the approach to how you experience season three (specifically without the character you created and used through the two previous ones) does create a schism between Final Battle and the rest of Attack on Titan 2.
AOT 2: Final Battle is no doubt one of the best anime games ever with Omega Force absolutely nailing the source material.
Final Battle solves many major problems in AOT 2 and brings with it much needed enhancement and unexpected fun experience that still suffer from repetition in some parts of the game.

Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle brings new modes that improve on its standard predecessor, but they don't add enough to detract from the issues.
Expansion that increase the experiencie of the main game with new weaponty, game mechanics and game modes. It is not revolutionary, but will please to the fans of the franchise and the original AOT2. If you have the base game, this DLC update feels a little bit expensive for the content it offers...

Where the base game faltered due to content and plot constraints, Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is the full-blown sequel we've all been waiting for.
Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle feels like a complete experience that’s just jam-packed with content.

The best Attack on Titan game available, Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is everything that the 2018 release of Attack on Titan 2 should have been and is a compelling offering for folks who held off the original release. For everyone else that bought the base Attack on Titan 2 game however, the somewhat prohibitive price point of the Final Battle expansion makes it far less of an essential purchase than it should be.
This content is pretty much dedicated to the Attack on Titan faithful. It's not enough content to justify a whole new game, but it does a good job at being a pretty beefy add-on, but the high cost of entry makes it a tough sell.
With the addition of Season 3 story content, new playable characters, new weapons, and a mode that allows you to reclaim the world from those pesky titans, Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle offers up enough extra stuff to warrant a double-dip.
Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is almost the perfect anime adaptation fans have been looking for. Despite having a considerable amount of content, AoT 2 still feels lacking in some areas, such as the variety in its game modes and a couple of technical issues which may get tiresome for some players. However, AoT 2 shines because of its exceptional combat, it really captures the essence of the anime and makes you feel like a true badass. Even though the combat represents the best part of the game, it's not enough to outshine some of the outdated mechanics that accompany this title.

Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is a great way to experience what it's like to be in the shoes of the scout regiment as they fight for humanity's sake. With wonderfully fluid movement thanks to the ODM gear and the strategic combat, you'll want to slay as many Titans as possible. The downside is that combat does get repetitive after some time, but this can be helped by taking plenty of breaks.
Overall, Attack on Titan 2: The Final Battle makes significant improvements over its original release, but it still suffers from performance issues and has a niche target audience. With a steep retail price of US$59.99 this game is hard to recommend unless you are an Attack on Titan fan or just simply need another hack-and-slash RPG to play.
For the most part, Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle is the best you could hope for in an expansion.
Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle adds so much more to the game.
A steep price tag and its repetitive nature are the worst parts of A.O.T. 2 Final Battle, but we're sure that every Attack on Titan fan oput there will appreciate the countless hours of grinding and fanservice that this title can provide.

Attack On Titan 2 Final Battle as a whole is pretty solid improvement in the series allowing players to experience the story through different point of views while letting them roam free in other modes. Players will enjoy experiencing the thrill of slaying titans in their dream squads. The lone barrier to this game will be the pricepoint of the expansion for those who already possess the base game.
Final battle makes one small but solid step from AOT 2. The performance on PS4 is poor, nonetheless, it is still worth spending some time for AOT and anime game lovers.

If you’ve not yet purchased Attack on Titan 2 though and are keen on playing it, the Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle bundle offers a hell of a lot of content for your money. And there’s still nothing else out there that plays quite like it.
