Don't ask Jennifer Svedberg-Yen to pick her favorite Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 ending. Not unless you're equally keen on making her choose a favorite child. To be clear, I'm not sure whether she has children, but the refrain she's chosen here still carries weight one way or the other.
Asked for insights into which of Clair Obscur's dynamic conclusions she prefers, it isn't terribly surprising that the GOTY-award-winning RPG's very own lead writer isn't taking a firm side on what was clearly intended to be a challenging endgame choice. Still, Svedberg-Yen could have just as easily deflected altogether; instead, she offered some interesting words on her overarching philosophy toward both possible outcomes.
