Paramount Games Lead Suggests TMNT: The Last Ronin Won't Be Made With AI

Paramount Games senior vice president Shawn Kittelsen has suggested that TMNT: The Last Ronin won't be made with AI, since a computer didn't "grow up collecting Ninja Turtles action figures".

Last week was full of big announcements, from the reveal that Spyro is finally returning after more than a decade to a second trailer for Kingdom Hearts 4 that took us four whole years to get. I can't believe I'm saying this with the latter in mind, but the biggest surprise for me was the reveal of a game based on The Last Ronin that's being made by Ninja Gaiden 4 developer PlatinumGames.

The Last Ronin is one of the first big projects from the newly-founded Paramount Games, which has burst onto the scene with some surprisingly strong pushes into the gaming world. As if a big new TMNT game wasn't already exciting enough, Paramount Games' vice president has suggested that it, and the studio's other games, won't use AI during development.
