Assassin's Creed Shadows' associate game director Simon Lemay-Comtois had admitted the game's original ending didn't "resonate" with players like Ubisoft hoped, which is something the final update aims to fix.
Without a doubt, Assassin's Creed Shadows is one of the most divisive games that the franchise has ever seen.
