The Wolf Among Us 2's director has been revealed. Telltale's Zak Garriss is heading the project, having previously worked on Life is Strange: Before the Storm and Life is Strange: True Colors at Deck Nine.

Garriss' time at Deck Nine was subject to a report from IGN in 2024, detailing the workplace culture at the studio, and making specific allegations of misconduct against him. Sources speaking to IGN at the time accused Garriss of breaching "personal boundaries" with female coworkers, labeling BLM a "hate group", and reprimanding staff for complaining about the removal of a transgender character from a Life is Strange game.

As soon as Garriss' name was revealed, many remembered him from the 2024 IGN article. As per the report, multiple members of staff complained to HR about Garriss during his time at Deck Nine, with complaints ranging from his apparent inability to take feedback from coworkers to trying to ingratiate himself into the personal lives of the women on the team.
