Ghostwire: Tokyo is ultimately quite enjoyable for a couple of evenings. It's not exactly deep - both in story and gameplay - but it's quite competently enjoyable for longer nights.

Tunic is precisely the short but awesome game that so many players are missing these days. But, even if you’re left wanting more after finishing it, what you get is a meticulously crafted and heartfelt game that deserves more than a few praises.

The expansion of Happy Home Paradise is excellent, especially when it comes to reviving the game itself. That fact needed some spark. Of course, there are flies, so it has a fly and a big one, but I still managed to have fun. It's a pity that this is probably the first and, at the same time, the last expansion to the basic game. But it's worth it.

Twelve Minutes is an exemplary example of how a beautiful idea gradually tramples itself into the ground. And you can see it all with your own eyes. An initially intriguing concept of a time loop turns into repetitive gameplay that often uses trial-and-error techniques and a story that, while enjoyable, doesn't make sense. Telling a story in the space of a tiny apartment is an ambitious idea, as is the concept of a time loop. But instead of telling a solid and straightforward story, the creator tries to create an ending that will wipe your eyes. And it does. But not in a positive way. Twelve Minutes is thus a mediocre game that can hardly claim to be worth your time.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus has not been afraid to introduce changes to the series as we know it, and it definitely felt fresh.

Boyfriend Dungeon is not exceptionally bad or good. It is a pleasantly simple but fun experience for the dungeon crawler. On the part of the dating simulator, however, it is painful brainwashing somewhat reminiscent of a visual novel with a lousy story and shallow characters.

It's true that the developers listened to the community and made changes to parts of the game that fans complained about in the second game, and in my opinion, they made those changes well. Given its scope and capabilities, the game is more extensive, has around 100 gigabytes, and is also quite performance intensive. Unfortunately, I didn't avoid optimization issues where the game should have run smoothly but didn't. Also, the size of the game will grow due to the planned DLC. Additionally, players of previous installments can play as factions from those titles. So it's safe to say that if something works, there's no point in tinkering. Still, I think Total War: Warhammer 3 deserves more innovation.

Elex 2 is basically a typical Piranha Bytes game with everything that comes with it. The good and the bad. And while it's probably technically inferior to the first one, it's much better in storytelling, content, mechanics, and world-building. It has all the things that were missing from the first game. It's fun, it draws you into its magical world, and it won't let you go until dozens of hours later if you give it a chance. But that can be problematic, as the game's technical state, weird 3D models, animations, and crappy optimization can effectively put you off in the first hour of play. Ultimately, it's just fun. But at what cost?

Aperture Desk Job is more than just a free tutorial that introduces you to how to use Steam Deck. Instead, it's a fun, funny, and sophisticated romp that proves the world of Portal still has its charm and that Valve developers can still make excellent games when they feel like it.

Gran Turismo 7 makes slight additions to the vastly improved Gran Turismo Sport. But the new installment blows its older brother out of the water in terms of content. Those who liked the fifth and sixth installments will be at home in the seventh. Aside from a few shortcomings, it's a great racing experience that even newcomers will enjoy thanks to the assists, while the matadors will buzz with joy. The cars behave exactly as you'd expect in situations.

Elden Ring is a game about which a lot of positive and very few negative things can be said. But we'll keep it short: this is easily a game of the year contender and quite probably FromSoftware's best title yet.

Except for camera problems and the occasional minor bug, I have nothing to complain about the game. Yes, one might argue that the absence of procedurally generated location games is detrimental, but the title with the locations it has worked great as far as possible. Sifu thus takes a recommendation of 9 points out of 10. The difficulty is pleasantly balanced, so the good old statement "git gud" really applies here.

Wanderer is a good game, brought down by the fluctuating quality of a few minor parts. Whether we're talking about the story, the audiovisual design, or the gameplay, fortunately, it still holds above average thanks to its puzzles, time travel concept, and other great ideas.

Although competitive party games are getting better and more successful, Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania can win the hearts of many players. Therefore, we can highly recommend the game if you are looking for a match for long evenings or livening up a home party.

Evolution of Zero Dawn is much more enjoyable to play, with the AI enemies on higher difficulties offering a challenge for skilled players for many hours. Horizon Forbidden West continues the excellent foundations of Zero Dawn. It expands on them with themes from well-known and new characters, explains the details of an incredibly intriguing sci-fi story, and offers a fantastic experience in a dying world that only you and Aloy can save.

The Gunk is an excellent relaxing game without any innovations, but it has a charming, comfortable pace and offers a satisfying cleaning feeling.

Techland's Dying Light 2 builds on the previous installment and introduces fresh, fun gameplay and a cleverly designed open world that you'll be happy to spend dozens of hours in, despite the weaker story. This is an excellent, refreshing game that creatively blends RPG elements, a fun combat system, and fluid movement. You shouldn't play Dying Light 2 for the story's sake, but you'll enjoy it if you want something other than just another generic shooter.

Fans of Japanese horror games are advised to repeat older parts of Silent Hill, Resident Evil, or Forbidden Siren. Although Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water is a thrilling horror, it is spoiled by its repetition and slowness.

GTFO is an exciting title. There hasn't been anything quite like it before, but the somewhat unfriendly difficulty and length of the missions may put many people off unnecessarily. Those who can, however, won't go wrong by giving this game a chance.
