Frozenbyte brings us the third part of the Trine saga at the gates of the launch of the fourth part. This third part is probably the most unpopular game in the soul artifact franchise. Not for its overall quality, even high, but for its simplification of mechanics and its duration, possible victims of a development too ambitious for a modest budget and a step to 3D well developed but with a playable cost. Despite all this, and also thanks to its impeccable audiovisual section, the game is still remarkable, highly recommended for anyone, and essential for Trine fans.

Hungry Baby Party Treats is a game we could call correct. Its multiplayer mode is quite fun, although the abuse of trial and error is too much, and in the long run it becomes repetitive. Considering its low price -just 5 euros-, it can be a forgiving aspect.

Refunct is a game-experience where we must jump from platform to platform while we color these and unlock new areas. For this we will have a repertoire of movements that we will learn without realizing it and naturally, and that make the experience totally fluid because also the control is exquisite. The artistic section and the sound section also do their part, so that when we finish the game, we will be left wanting more, this is its only handicap, the duration does not satisfy our enjoyment, otherwise, great.

Marked by its high difficulty, Energy Cycle Edge is a game that not everyone will be able to appreciate. Despite its modest graphics, the game manages to propose a different and challenging style of puzzles - sometimes excessive, which can be a burden in the long run.

Night Call is a pure visual novel, although in principle it may seem like another kind of game. The conversations that we will have with our clients will be very familiar to us as they are topics that we see on a daily basis, very well narrated and almost taken from a good book of the detective genre. The big catch is that it is not translated into Spanish and has a rather complex English vocabulary, which makes it unsuitable for anyone as you can miss out on quite a few details.

Blazing Chrome knows perfectly how to strike a chord to make us believe that we are dealing with a real retro game, with a simple and direct gameplay typical of the time and with a sound and visual section that will keep us with a smile on our face. On the other hand, the game has a short duration that leaves the player wanting more and a system of aids that may be in dissonance with the rest of the elements. Otherwise, a safe bet for entertainment.

Dead in Vinland is a game that aptly mixes the genres of survival, resource management, and role with turn-based combat. This adventure of a family of Vikings on an unknown and mysterious island, deserves to be enjoyed but it is not a title for all audiences due to its certain complexity, and the random element present in some of the playable mechanics that can become unfair. But if we accept the challenge, we learn the system, and we are lucky, we will enjoy several hours of Nordic fun.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr follows the good path taken by its previous expansions, Morrowind and Summerset, perhaps one step behind them, but more for reasons of geographical design that is less striking and more repetitive, than for content, which has It was a success with its necromancer class, its possibility of being an initial zone, and especially the dragons, which were highly demanded by the players.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is an outstanding title. Perhaps too short and easy compared to contemporary works, but few titles offer such a precise result regarding the premise of their creation and that they are also tremendously fun to experiment with.

Kingdom Two Crowns continues to repeat the same formule of the previous games to such an extent that it is difficult to distinguish them. With some new additions such as a campaign mode and the ability to play in multiplayer mode, fans of the saga will find plenty of reasons to justify their purchase, and other players will instead find a game with rarely seen gameplay that can ease their entry into the management genre.

Tyr: Chains of Valhalla offers a quite discreet adventure in all its sections, not managing to stand out in any of them and making the experience, despite a quite original point of view, fails to motivate the player to keep moving forward.

The Uppercut Games game seeks to connect with the player in this adventure through the presentation of an attractive and mysterious world that unleashes captivating art. The pampering of details to create an environment of great beauty, such as lighting, weather, the night sky, or the day-night cycle helps to want to lose ourselves in the waters of this city, while we delight in a melancholic and evocative soundtrack. An experience that is far from perfect, but if it appeals to you in the least, you should try and feel.

As a narrative experience Draugen is perhaps one of the most interesting releases in recent months, although too many playable sacrifices have been made along the way that distance him from excellence.

Injection π23 'No Name, No Number' does not hide its references, its indie game character, or its love for detail. If you miss these types of games, of course the quality / price ratio of the title that we are dealing with could hardly be better. Do not hesitate to give it a try if you want to have a good time ... or a bad time, depending on how you look at it.

Kathy Rain is a conventional graphic adventure in which the greatest weight of its appeal lies in its plot. Perhaps the puzzles are there almost in passing and are not up to what is required of a game of this genre, but knows how to compensate with other virtues, a sensational graphic section and a cast of very professional voices are responsible for completing the attractions of this work.

Void bastards has been a surprise, but not the positive one. With a really interesting start, an unbeatable presentation and some fun hours, it deflates to leave a half-finished product that does not meet expectations. It lacks too much content to be noticed.

Contra Anniversary Collection is the third and last collection of Konami for its 50th anniversary and possibly the most complete despite some unjustified absence, and limited to the arcades, the 8 and the 16 bits. However, and thanks to the update with the Japanese versions, now we have the feeling of facing a better game that every fan of the Contra franchise should have. And as in the previous compilations, the inclusion of the digital book full of information and details of the franchise, is a plus that enriches the compilation and makes it almost essential for those who once enjoyed this Konami classic.

Blades of Time is a mediocre hack and slash in most of its sections but it saves furniture due to its gameplay section rich in variety and conveniently developed, and a fast, dynamic combat, and full of possibilities. The reason for bringing it back to the present day for the Nintendo hybrid is not well understood either, but at least it does so at a reduced price. If you are a fan of this type of games, you may know how to take advantage of Ayumi's adventures in Dragonland.

The new installment of the star saga of Creative Assembly amply meets expectations. A campaign with a great focus on the different characters and the relationships between them that offers many possibilities to the player along with the characteristic battle system of Total War define an indispensable game for lovers of strategy. Perhaps a little more variety is missing in the types of units, but it does not have to tarnish the great work of the developer belonging to SEGA.

Project Nimbus is a very good option to consider if you are a fan of this particular genre. In addition to a very competent visual section, there is a story mode with a very interesting approach and a couple of additional game modes that help to extend the life of the game.
