Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game - Complete Edition oozes charisma and entertains with its humorous beat'em up mechanics. Simple concepts make the experience very accessible without neglecting some depth aspects. This is another one of those perfect games to enjoy with friends in multiplayer: it is a delight to coordinate attacks to finish off enemies or take advantage of extra modes. However, the title has some dubious design choices, such as the poorly implemented RPG aspects and unbalanced difficulty, which can keep the most demanding players away. In the end, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game is an uncomplicated option to enjoy with friends.

Autumn’s Journey is a short but fun adventure. For fans of otome games who are looking for a simple game set in a fantasy world, it is certainly a good choice. However, there is a feeling that the setting could have been explored a little more.

The Brazilian game Override 2: Super Mech League has interesting proposals, such as unique fighting modes and varied characters. Unfortunately, much of this content is hindered by poor performance on Switch- this version is full of command lag and graphical glitches. This does not mean that you will not have fun moments in the title, as there are many cool points, like the opportunity to control a gigantic fighter Mecha. Just don't get too excited about the idea, as much of that greatness can be affected by the frustrating performance.

Ultra Hat Dimension is a game without great qualities. With a focus on gameplay, it fails to deliver really interesting puzzles, oscillating between the boredom of more than fifty obvious levels and only a handful of challenging areas. For people looking for a casual retro-style puzzle, there are much better options on the market.

Hero and a Garden is a short and simple game that combines visual novel with clicker elements. The world is captivating and with few characters, offering a surprisingly engaging and quickly developed narrative. If on the one hand the gameplay is tedious, on the other hand it is a work that I was very happy to have the opportunity to check out and that I think is worth playing for those looking for just a small casual narrative experience.

Dauntless is great and addictive, offering many hours of hunting while exquisitely balancing action and RPG. With fun battles and a satisfying progression, I highly recommend the download, as this is the best free title I've played on the Switch - as well as being one of the best online experiences on the console. Even with flaws, the Slayers game is capable of bringing down any performance problem or monster prestigiously, attacking without ever losing its greatness.

Even if SYNTHETIK: Ultimate had its narrative totally discarded, it would not lose its luster at all, because the greatest quality of the title is the focus on destroying everything. The vast amount of weapons and classes are enough to provide hours of fun for any player. Although the graphics are not stunning and the menu interface presents navigation problems, the gameplay is a strong incentive to continue trying to complete at least the main campaign.

Space Crew is a strategy indie with a simple and adorable appearance, but with complex and well-built mechanics. The problem is that the title is lost in the presentation of its ideas and ends up delivering a repetitive experience without much space for experimentation. Space Crew could have been much more, but it ends up looking incomplete.

Tanuki Justice has excellent features, such as charming retro graphics, precise gameplay, interesting challenges and a lot of charisma. However, it becomes limited by certain restrictive mechanics, such as the inability to descend from platforms and a short journey. In the end, the game is a brief and cool title in general.

Despite not having the replayability factor, Touhou Luna Nights is a metroidvania that delivers frantic action from start to finish, without leaving aside the original game on which it was based. With a history of its own, there is no need to get to know Touhou in depth to take advantage of this mind-blowing spin-off that can please both experienced and novice players.

Nova-box developed a quality title with an engaging and mature plot in the genre of interactive visual novels, leaving the player thirsty for reaching all the endings. However, the not-so-varied diversity of events and the repeatability may prevent some players from seeing all the outcomes. Even so, Seers Isle is a title of extreme quality, and comes close to perfection.

Picklock is a creative game that had its potential buried by poorly adjusted controls. Not even the humor, the art style or the soundtrack can avoid the bad impression that the gameplay conveys to the player. Unfortunately, a title that could attract attention within the indie scene will go unnoticed because of completely avoidable game design issues.

I think it's fair to say that Sam & Max Save the World has one of the best moods I've seen in video games. Its six episodes feature quirky and fun stories, and its puzzles are interesting and work well. Even though it was originally released in 2006, the point and click of the dog in a suit and the hyperactive rabbit still guarantees laughter on the Switch screen - now in a timely remastering.

Fatal Fury: First Contact brings the mechanics and advanced gameplay of Real Bout Fatal Fury 2. The lack of extra characters and features, however, makes this port more recommended for Fatal Fury fans or for Neo Geo Pocket fighting game enthusiasts who want to complete the library on a modern console like the Switch. Despite its few flaws, it is still a great choice to have the experience of Real Bout 2 on the go.

Doom Eternal is a 2020 treasure that will be remembered for a long time as the best FPS of recent years. Although the title oozes quality, it is not for everyone due to the intense gameplay and the high difficulty that may not suit all tastes. The Switch port is satisfactory enough to recommend to those who have never had contact with the series, but those who already have the game on other platforms will probably feel little inclined to play it again.

Breakpoint brings some concepts not normally seen in the genre, such as spaceships using melee weapons. The audiovisual work deserves to be highlighted, as well as the general polishing. The absence of more modes leaves a half-baked feeling, but it does not take away the shine of the simple and precise gameplay.

Grindstone uses simple mechanics in an elegant way in an exceptional puzzle. Creating sequences of attacks during the stages is easy and intuitive, but the increasing difficulty forces us to think strategically - it is very rewarding to clear the board with a well thought out combo or to get out of a complicated situation unscathed. New elements are introduced constantly, invigorating the experience frequently, even though some problems, such as peaks of difficulty, are a little annoying. These qualities, together with a stylish colorful look and a lot of content, make Grindstone an addictive game.

Two Parsecs From Earth is an average game with little polish, and does not deserve a strong indication. Generic Level Design and excessive repetition make the experience dull. In addition, technical problems, such as the protagonist's damage box being larger than him, hinder the game. At least Z3-L1 and its mechanics are charismatic enough to have a sequel that lives up to its potential.

Shiren The Wanderer is not exactly relaxing, on the contrary: the game is intense and cerebral, like a chess game in many moments. In addition, there is not much to explore beyond its main purpose: constant adventures in dungeons generated in a procedural way. However, this is not exactly a problem. The gameplay of the game is its strong point and, within the specific subgenre of the Mystery Dungeons, it delivers an almost perfect experience.

Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise is the kind of sequence that does not venture much out of the comfort zone. The base of its gameplay is exactly the same from the game launched two years ago, kepting the inconsistent motion and a lack of variety of modes. However, the title makes small but considerable changes to its overall quality. All this means that this sequence does not innovate the fitness game genre, but respectfully fulfills its role.
