Rust Console Edition is not for everyone. On the one hand, there's no tutorial, the visuals aren't flashy and the gameplay is relatively slow, most of its parts are just modest and uninviting. On the other hand, if the player enjoys the survival genre and sees the package as a whole, the game provides exciting and fun runs. Future updates may change this picture, but for now, the title serves only a small niche in the market.

Biomutant is a fun and rewarding experience for those who like to explore worlds in search of items while getting involved in a good adventure story. Of its main highlights, the exploration is excellent, and the combat has its problems that can be overcome with extra dedication and possible future updates. The game is an invitation to adventure that is worth accepting, despite a questionable performance on current consoles and other details of a more technical nature.

As a film, Erica is a very engaging thriller, not for the somewhat cliché plot, but for the interactivity that brings a special flavor, since the decisions define the ending that will be shown. It is a pity that only the options at the end of the film really matter for the outcome and that there is no system for revisiting scenes or altering decisions. Rising Hell is a great arcade action title. It is exciting to climb a hellish tower infested with monsters and dangers, mainly because of the fast pace and agile mechanics. There are many ways to explore and those who enjoy a good challenge will find options to continually increase the difficulty. However, the diversity of content is limited, making every run very similar to each other. In the end, Rising Hell is a good option for quick matches and pure and immediate fun.

Just like a good wine, Hundred Days - Winemaking Simulator brings an explosion of flavors to those who try it. The excess of information can be frightening at first, but the well-constructed tutorial and captivating story work very efficiently to win over the player. In addition, observing all the details and realizing the care that the developers took in the development made me more willing to explore all the possibilities in the manufacture of wines. Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield easily joins my list of indies that are worth trying out. The constant use of the soundtrack to give an immersive rhythm to the experience is something that is constantly explored in the games industry, however, there are few cases that manage to stand out like this. Its basic gameplay gives accessibility to different audiences while allowing for a considerable level of challenge. Its only counterpoints are the short campaign duration and the lack of a cooperative mode that could take advantage of the dynamic camera transition feature.

Retro Machina is a beautiful adventure that ends up stumbling on several aspects. The enemy controlling mechanics are interesting and there are some notable uses, as in certain more elaborate puzzles. The ambience captivates with a beautiful hand-drawn retro-futuristic universe and great character design. However, there are lots of problems: inconsistent pace, overly simple puzzles and repetitive combat.

After an entire generation without new R-Type games, it is nice to be able to play Final 2, which has kept the main traditions of the series. The visuals are only ok and it has crazy difficulty spikes in the middle of the campaign, but the creative level design of the final stages and that feeling of finishing a difficult game compensate the slow and boring start. R-Type Final 2 is not for everyone; it is explicitly aimed at hardcore shoot ‘em ups fans, but it’s an interesting addition to the library on current consoles that lack good representatives in this genre.

Lost Ruins uses intense difficulty to create an exciting action and survival adventure. Numerous dangers and aggressive enemies make the journey complicated, but the process of learning the minutiae of combat to advance is very rewarding and fun. Various weapons, spells and equipment offer many possibilities in battles, and it is interesting to use the environment as offensive resources. Sometimes the difficulty is unbalanced and too punitive, which ends up creating some frustrating moments - patience and a lot of insistence is essential to complete the journey. In the end, Lost Ruins is for those who seek a methodical, difficult and rewarding experience.

Skate City could dare more when it reached the consoles. Its attractive visual composition and sound track achieve a certain level of immersion, which unfortunately is broken by some slips. Maybe with some additional content, the feeling of being playing a mobile title will be changed and it will be seen as the fun indie that it has the potential to be.

Judgment is an excellent spinoff, with an intriguing script, striking characters, a fun combat system and an immense amount of content, as traditional in the Yakuza series. In addition, it introduces new mechanics that, despite not shining as much, differentiate it from other games in the series. The game is fun and can provide you with hundreds of hours of entertainment, and my caveats are the lack of Brazilian Portuguese localization and some mechanics that could be revised. Technically the game is very well polished and the remastered version, despite being visually very similar to the original, is advantageous for the accompanying DLC.

Resident Evil Village is a reference to the horror genre and an important milestone for the series in its 25th anniversary celebrations. Capcom first-person gameplay remains a wise decision, bringing gameplay and storytelling together in an excellent way. The main inspiration is the older brother, Resident Evil 4, with mechanics, characters and quality that make Village a kind of spiritual successor to one of the most revered games in the franchise. A must-have title for Resident Evil fans.
