You will do things that make you feel like a genius just for thinking of them.
Cliches are the death of interesting characters and Earthlock is all too willing to draw its own characters’ chalk outlines and willingly lay them down in it.
Rave in the Red Woods is by far the strongest part of the Sabotage DLC, and honestly one of the best zombies maps in years.
Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World retains much of the traditional “Yoshi” style gameplay you’ve likely played in past Yoshi games such as 2014’s Yoshi’s New Island.
But like Capcom did with Mega Man 9 and 10, Double Dragon IV looks and plays like an NES Double Dragon.
Aside from the awful background music in the tutorial level, the soundtrack was generally quite good.
This lead to rampant experimentation on how far I could go and the extent to which I could combine multiple swings without ever stopping.
This game’s strength is in its writing – the snappy dialogue and quirky characters will make you forget its flaws.
Alwa’s Awakening is classic gaming for the modern gamer and an incredibly enjoyable experience.
Aside from the stunning, fully animated cut scenes, the visuals feel right out of the PS3 era, if not earlier.
All in all, there is very little replay value here.

The longer you play though, the lack of depth starts to show and things get repetitive.
Resident Evil 7 biohazard isn’t without its flaws, but it’s absolutely the sequel that Capcom had to make in order to make the series relevant again.
Unfortunately the slow movement adjustment and short gameplay that were a problem in the first episode are still present four episodes later.
Dragon Quest piles on the enhancements in the 3DS version, and these tiny improvements are so numerous, that Dragon quest VIII feels far less dated than an RPG over a decade old should feel.
The game is beautifully set up, assuming you’re into the zen level of work it has in store for you.
Games like this, you’ll die without warning, which can be pretty annoying.
The content is great, but the relative value is horrible. If you are a big Kingdom Hearts fan (and really that’s who this collection is intended for), you’re going to be overjoyed.
As mentioned, you’ll come across treasure chests, but I couldn’t help but laugh at the contents – the food is always the same steaming pre-cooked meal, as if in this world the treasure chests are actually fancy microwaves.
