DiRT 5 Reviews
All things considered, Dirt 5 delivers with its aesthetically pleasing visuals, tracks, cars, and menu design.
DIRT 5 on PlayStation 5 is the best way to experience Codemasters' new title.
Dirt 5 is possibly the best Codemasters game to ever be released and can stand on par with its simulation focussed sibling Dirt Rally 2.0. A visual and auditory treat, this game defines the end of the racing games on the Playstation 4 and it's done so with a flair befitting of the Dirt franchise. This is a must have racer!
Dirt 5 isn't particularly deep, but it's fast, frantic, extremely handsome, and buoyed by a superb stunt track editor.
With a fun choose-your-path career mode and community-driven custom courses, Dirt 5 provides a thrilling and approachable off-road experience
Dirt 5 shows up on the market with a convincing formula that aims to entertain players with the possibility of participating in many and well diversified races with tracks and circuits achieved almost to perfection. The visual impact is surely the part that astonishes most in this Codemasters’ work with tracks and effects that wrap the entire experience and make it surprising even within an only race.

Dirt 5 is just fun, unfiltered fun. A great arcade racer with amazing visuals and very easy to pick up and play, just like the old times.

The end result not only justifies the company and its people, it is also an excellent and complete game, unique of its kind, and hardly anyone will be left dissatisfied.

This is a review of the PC version, but in reality, Dirt 5 makes a good buy for people with shiny new consoles, having those people see the visual tease of what could be possible with the new hardware.
Codemasters will be making WRC-licensed games from 2023, so I think that Codemasters wants to provide players with less demanding but still enjoyable racing.

Between the campaign, the online, and the Gymkhana, you’ll have more than enough to keep you occupied and keep you coming back for more and more. And if DiRT 5 is any indication whatsoever, I truly believe it’s the racing genre that will benefit most of all from this gen. if this how things look and play from day one, I cannot wait to see how this hardware is used a few years from now. Simply stunning!
The all new Colin McRae's Dirt 5 delivers an exceptional rally arcade with beautiful sceneries and hardcore racing across 5 different continents. The new Dirt 5, a successful successor to Dirt 4, gives a nostalgic experience from Dirt 3. However, it may be lacking of certain features to make the game fully enjoyable.
Though the various visual modes require some work, Dirt 5 is nonetheless a breath of fresh air for the long-running rally racing franchise that widens the audience duly and marks a commendable debut for the franchise on PlayStation 5.
DIRT 5 represents more than the return of a franchise to its “noisiest” days. It is an extremely fun and enjoyable game that will serve as a bridge between the current and the next generation.
Codemasters latest arcade rally game provides a wide range of racing... and a good chance to show off your next-gen console
Dirt 5 is one of the most satisfying and fun racing games that I’ve played in recent years!
A blast to play, and brings back much needed separation and personality to the numbered series of DIRT games that that DiRT 4 seemed to lose by blurring the lines too much. Playground mode will absolutely keep me coming back for more to beat not just my own, but friends' times as well, because there's nothing better than beating a time within mere hundredths and restoring bragging rights.
Dirt 5 brings new and innovative elements to the series while keeping true to its roots. With enough tracks, dynamic weather, and comunity made maps, Dirt 5 is one of the best racing arcade games you can play at the moment.

DIRT 5 takes the series back to a more arcade style but the career lacks variety, the vehicle handling is often sluggish, and the basic multiplayer setup is a discouragement. Without a rally mode, the only strong feature is the ability to make and share tracks, but that is not enough to stave off some technical issues.
