So there we have it. F1 Manager 2022 review done and dusted. So what do I think about the game? Personally, it’s great. There is plenty to keep you interested. Yes there are going to be some people that don’t quite get on with the amount of stats and everything else involved, and that is fine. Any F1 fan though should really give this a play. Being able to manage your own team is the thing of dreams. Just don’t stand for it if anyone “fok smash your door” F1 Manager 2022 receives the Thumb Culture Gold Award
Always wanted to be the new Max Verstappen, but you can't? Maybe managing a Formula 1 team is something for you. In F1 Manager 2022 you can work as a manager of an F1 team. The choices are endless and the influence you can exert as a manager feels realistic. However, you will sometimes drown in the choices you can and must make and it plays a little less pleasantly on the consoles than on the PC.

F1 Manger 2022 is a strong management game that eases you into the role of managing your entire F1 team. On the get-go, you get introduced to the basics, but the more complex options are for you to find out. Some implementations leave room for improvement, especially the handling of DRS and tyre-choices. The races are visualized excellently. ideal for those new or interested in the sport, but those that find themselves experts might find it lacking in tweaking options.

Tense and involving, if just slightly lacking smarts and spectacle. A firm foundation to build a series on.
F1 Manager 2022 is a fun title with surprisingly high production values. The managerial management is deep at the right point, without ever becoming overwhelming or unnecessarily complex and some goodies such as the samples of the radio teams will surely make the happiness of all fans.

A game that takes management to the F1 with great elements that make it shine. Certainly, there are aspects to polish but this could jump start an IP in the right way.

F1 Manager 2022 has the potential to lead a successful franchise. You are getting an understanding of the toughness of being a Formula 1 manager, and at the same time, you are getting a great experience. Not a shabby start for an inaugural game. However, the game is severely lacking in content, so unless you’re a hardcore fan of Formula 1, the game doesn’t offer much replayability. Perhaps, we will get more in the next game.
F1 Manager 2022 succeeds in its first steps on next-gen consoles. There is plenty of material to keep you busy and spend hours in front of it. However, there is a certain redundancy after a while.

F1 Manager 2022 is a commendable entry into the management sim arena. It provides a solid footing from which to build future entries with plenty of scope for future features. Frontier Developments can be proud of what they've achieved and will hopefully build on this year's version's solid start.
F1 Manager 2022 seems to not have left Early Access entirely. There’s still much to improve, but you have to remember that this is the very first edition of the game – and as such, it lays solid foundations for the future.

F1 Manager 22 does a decent job learning from other management simulations but only rarely feels like a step forward for the genre.
For the first entry in a brand-new series, Frontier has done a great job with F1 Manager 2022. The 3D race engine is consistently engaging and visually stunning for a management game, the user interface is well-designed, and even the controls are easy enough to get to grips with on Xbox. There are definitely balancing issues that need to be ironed out at launch, but if Frontier can add some updates pretty sharpish, we'll happily bump this review up to at least an 8/10.
F1 Manager 2022 is a must-have experience if you're a F1 enthusiast. There are various inadequacies in its current state, but its future looks very bright.

But all in all, this is a solid first effort at an F1 management sim by Frontier. Wish me luck in trying to guide Aston Martin to glory!
F1 Manager 2022 is certainly a decent effort; a well-worked management experience that does a lot right - Frontier must be applauded for that. But move away from the stats and you find a numbers-powered management game that just falls short of those higher podium steps.
F1 Manager 2022 presents the sport's behind-the-scenes and the races engagingly and innovatively for fans. Finally, I could see how much effort and organizational skills are worth the results and how hard it is to stay on top. The Manager has its flaws, yet for a debut, it's a very entertaining title that fans of the F1 series and strategy games, in general, shouldn't miss. For it brings a fresh style of entertainment.

Gorgeous to look at but quite shallow and full of bugs, F1 Manager 2022 needs to improve on the realism and accuracies before it can achieve pole position.
F1 Manager 2022 is probably the only chance Ferrari fans will have to celebrate at the end of the Formula 1 World Championship in 2022.

It’s been a long, long time since F1 fans have had a licensed management sim that lived up to the dramatic highs of the real thing. The recent explosion of interest paved the way for the perfect timing for a return to this style of F1 game. But even more impressive than its timing is its execution, which leaves extremely little to be desired. It’s been more than a two-decade wait — but it was more than worth it.
