Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key Reviews
Ultimately, much like one of Ryza’s alchemical recipes, there are a lot of great ingredients that went into creating Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key. The game may not look perfect, but there’s a lot of heart and fun to be found, and the ability to finetune new weapons, armor, and combat items to your exact needs is unmatched.
While I’ve grown fond of Ryza and her companions over the course of the past few games, I’m pleased to consider Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key a proper send-off for the characters we’ve come to know and love.
I can best summarize my review of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key as such: this is easily Gust’s best Atelier game. Offering a fun and relaxing experience for those that want to craft and battle away, this is the best final chapter Ryza could ask for. And food for thought: it’s nice that the PlayStation 3 era of Japanese RPG is still with us in spirit.
Atelier Ryza 3 is another adventure full of alchemy, magical keys and interwoven stories that could mean the end of the world. You'll have a lot of walking to do to experience all of this - but you'll also experience a story with a lot of personality and great characters.

The latest installment of Ryza will delight the players of the saga without a doubt. If Ryza already presented great novelties in the franchise in its day, they have been polished and improved, while maintaining it during its three installments. The latter becomes a must-buy for fans of the Atelier franchise in general and the Ryza in particular. Without a doubt, a worthy farewell to the saga.

Ryza 3 takes the well-known, loving Atelier formula, expands it with many new elements and turns it into a huge JRPG that is not perfect - but one of the best games in the entire franchise.

With the third, and, judging from the title, last Atelier Ryza game, Gust has done it again. Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is another gaming experience the fans will absolutely love. And even if you’re not a fan yet, this is an excellent title to jump into; watch the prologue in the game and see that the Atelier games are wonderful adventure RPGs. The main quest will keep you occupied for many, many hours with an excellent story, mysteries to solve, making stuff with alchemy and fighting monsters. It’s easy to get lost in this huge world and ‘smell the roses’. But unless you’re in a hurry, that may even be the best way to play, as it will give you many, many hours of good gaming fun. What could be better, travelling with friends on another grand adventure?
Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is the latest adventure of our beloved Ryza, a story that breathes the end of an incredible vacation. It is a turn-based RPG that introduces action elements that give combat much more liveliness and with a fun and easy-to-understand alchemy system. Graphically it's not the best in the series, since it needs work in terms of textures, performance and antialiasing. Finally, the soundtrack is a true delight and fantasy that accompanies us in a pleasant and pleasant way.

Atelier Ryza 3 takes everything that makes the prior games great and attempts to improve, and improve it does! The new elements mix with the old to make an addicting and refined concoction. Everything from Exploration to Combat to Synthesis has been polished to a mirror sheen. Atelier Ryza 3 looks back respectfully while taking a confident step forward.
The finale of the Atelier Ryza Series. With the rejoin of the original scenario writer, both story and the system side of the game have been positively improved. In particular, the Seamless Field gives you a great taste of exploration, while the real-time turn-based action combat adds excitement to the progress.
