South Park: The Fractured but Whole goes beyond being just a fan’s wet dream, and is a legitimately great RPG in its own right
You just need to have the patience to sit on the pot for a while, before you can decide to shit and move on (to awkwardly mess up an old saying).
With all that said I’m a firm believer that humor is subjective and I’d be willing to admit that you could have different tastes and find this game to be way more hilarious than I did. But I also thing that I’ve been a fan of South Park for a long, long time and played the crap out of Stick of Truth, so it’s not like I didn’t want this game to be good. So maybe you play it and you laugh and I’m totally cool with that. But for me, this feels like an unfinished symphony that could’ve used a few more punch ups before performance.

This is a must-have for fans of the series, fans of fourth wall-breaking, vulgarity, and humour. South Park: The Fractured But Whole offers the complete South Park experience wherever you are, at the cost of no cut content, and no lacking performance. It inspires hope for more mature games on the system, and once again shows just what it is capable of.
Minor technical issues aside, the stellar combat, engaging narrative, and quirky humour make this 30 hour romp through the quiet mountain town of South Park, Colorado, worth checking out. Particularly if the TV show's brand of humour gels with you. It's a marked improvement over South Park: The Stick of Truth in almost every way. South Park: Fractured but Whole is an excellent addition to the franchise, while it doesn't share the silly glee from the original. Overall content quality and improved gameplay make up for the less funny story elements. It does new things with the excellent battle engine, character attributes and fart magic push it into new territory. The Fractured but Whole is another superb sequel!
Alongside the first game, South Park: The Fractured But Whole is one of the best video games based on TV shows. It's a bigger game with longer gameplay time. The story and the battle system are so good that make you sit down and stare at its unique & amazing color palette for hours. Whether you're a fan of the show or not, it's a game I recommend as it's enjoyable and incredibly funny.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole on the Switch is a flawed game with bugs, small performance issues, and long loading times. While the game is a fun but weaker successor to The Stick of Truth, it doesn't look great in its current state. Even with its flaws, it's still an enjoyable journey, but it's not worth the high price tag until most of the performance issues are addressed in an upcoming patch.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is an excellent RPG that adds a hefty amount of mechanical depth to improve upon The Stick of Truth. Admittedly, some of the gaming commentary is less effective if the player has experience with the previous instalment. However, there are still plenty of surprises and enough side-splitting moments to make it a must-buy for any fans of South Park, especially if seasoned gamers, too. While the storyline itself isn't quite as clever as something from the show, the jokes and dialogue meet the same standards. The kid's move from fantasy to super heroes pays off, although if there's a third adventure, it would need to deviate more substantially from its predecessor. It's a shame the existing DLC couldn't have been included as standard, but at least the Switch version runs without issue for the most part, and wasn't delayed for too long. Overall, this is an excellent port.

With Mario + Rabbids and now South Park: The Fractured but Whole, Ubisoft has made it perfectly clear that is the master of Spin-Offs and maybe should be more focused on this kind of games in spite of AAA games that need at least 2 years of support until becoming what they should have been in the first place.

When I first picked up South Park The Fractured but Whole, I knew the humor and overall tone of the game would appeal to me, even being a relatively lapsed fan of the series.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a success, warts and all.
South Park:The Fractured But Whole is a fun experience for newcomers and fans of the TV series. While the combat can get repetitive, the story is told in true South Park fashion. If you enjoy South Park's humour, you should get this game, if you don't really like South Park, then you should wait until this game is on sale, and then still get it.
Fractured But Whole is like a idiosyncratic, extremely funny and long South Park episode. If you are a South Park fan the fine details of this one should add to your pleasure.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a video game sequel done right, it doesn't change much but changes enough that it impressed me even more than the first game.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole improves and does pretty much everything the former did well: it's funny as the animation, it has consistent and accessible mechanics that makes it a great experience for both franchise fans and those who just want a good strategy turn based game, showing that the Ubisoft San Francisco team is solid and managed to deliver a title that is not only a great South Park adaptation, but also an awesome game by itself. It's one of those 'more of the same' that we can not complain about.
