Just like with the release of the original game, Destiny 2 leaves us wanting more: More strikes, more missions, more of everything. This is a strong testament to the fantastic core gameplay even if other aspects of Destiny 2 come up short.
Destiny 2 symbolises my every needs and wants within a game. Its gameplay is so satisfying and universe so alluring that I will continue to play it and will probably do so for a long time to come. For me the game is no where near the vision Bungie originally conceived for the franchise,
I'm officially a fan, and having Destiny 2 on PC is exactly what I'd hoped for all along.
The PC version of Destiny 2 replicates the amazing gunplay the first game is known for. The visuals are gorgeous and the environments are so expansive that there is hours worth of exploring to be done. There is a huge amount of content to keep players entertained and almost all of it can be replayed with worthwhile rewards to be gained. This title lives up to its predecessor and has surpassed it in almost every way. For those looking for a casual shooter with a great story or for those who want to challenge themselves in raids and competitive PVP, this title caters to a wide audience making it a great experience all-round.
The PC version of Destiny 2 is everything the game already offers, only better: the loading times are less frustrating, and the graphics really benefit from the extra power of the most recent video cards (framerate, details...). Unfortunately, some of the deplorable connectivity errors already experienced on console found their way on PC as well.

At its core, Destiny 2 takes everything you loved about the original and cranked it up to 11.
Destiny 2 is what we hoped Destiny would be. While it still may not be what everyone wanted it to be but it is, to me, a fantastic and entertaining FPS MMO with plenty of content to keep you entertained.
Destiny 2 is proving to be an enjoyable experience that I hope has enough mileage to keep its huge player base entertained through to when the first major expansion releases
Destiny 2 on PC makes you feel as though the series really always belonged on the computer. The extra level of detail in each nook and cranny, the fluid, fast-paced and incredibly accurate movement thanks to the control set-up coupled with high framerates, and the support Destiny 2 has for multiple GPU and monitor setups really drive home that Bungie and Vicarious Vision made Destiny 2 its own on PC.
Destiny 2 comes to PC to shake up the torpid loot shooter scene, and it's all the better for it.
Destiny 2 for consoles was already a stellar game that's made even better when the shackles of a console's limited hardware are removed. Uncapped framerates, an adjustable field of view and true 4K visuals make this PC experience impossible to top.
Destiny 2's MMO hooks and solid FPS gameplay make it an ideal candidate for the PC platform. The PC version delivers in spaces by taking advantage of the platform's strengths and delivering a fulfilling experience for PC players.
Destiny 2 on PC gets the graphics settings and modularity right, but some of the in-game systems just scream console a bit too much. A great sequel that should have been an expansion is finally in reach of those who prefer uncapped frame rates and a mouse in hand.
That aside, Destiny 2 is a good fun game. I do hope Bungie decides to release more content in between major DLC expansions, but they seem to have learned from their first folly. You may experience some performance issues on PC and there is a bit of a roulette going on with the anti-cheat. I would not let it stop you from purchasing another wise amazing game that should have been on PC in the first place also. Destiny 3 please come to PC also.
Destiny 2 has its share of issues, a lot of them to be frank, but it's still an entertaining adventure that the developers have properly improved.
Gorgeous guns, a glittering universe, and a great port. Destiny 2 is an endgame away from true excellence.
Slightly underwhelmed, but still a classy shooter that will be made 100% better if played with friends. Future content will make or break the longevity of Destiny 2 though.
The gunplay in Destiny 2 is excellent. Unfortunately, Bungie still doesn’t understand how to handle an MMO grind—especially in the late game—and the storytelling is atrocious. After about 15-20 hours, the loot stopped rolling in and I realized how tedious the game was without a regular flow of new shiny things. Destiny 2 will sell by the millions, but I’m going to need some huge changes to go back for Destiny 3.
Aesthetic brilliance and great gunplay can't wholly save Destiny 2's campaign from trivial difficulty, repetitive action, and a go-nowhere plot. Its best content in the mid-game and beyond is betrayed by a reward economy that nudges you instead toward a vacuous treadmill made of public events, and which truncates the endgame.
If a slick, beautiful shooter is keeping you up at night for a month, isn't that sometimes enough?
