Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris Reviews
Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is only recommendable for hardcore fans of the series. Only than you can overlook the terrible narrative and arduous fighting system. What makes this game especially exhausting is the bad technical performance which leads to a lot of frustrating moments, that shouldn't happen in this console generation anymore.

Sword Art Online: Alicizaton Lycoris is plagued by performance issues, a poorly paced story, and combat mechanics that aren't explained well.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris will certainly be a welcome addition to the gaming series as it’s the only one to follow a portion of the original story.
A lot of problems for an RPG made and enjoyable only for Sword Art Online fans.

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is definitely the best game the SAO series has ever seen; The more mature gameplay than ever attracts ordinary players and fans, and the rich content that is offered both online and offline, is well worth the experience. The story of the game is not the best anime narrative possible, but its recentness puts it above other similar narratives. Unfortunately, despite its many advantages, Lycoris suffers from many technical problems with controlling the game camera angles, and some of its components are not as strong as others. With all these interpretations, Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris can be called a fairly good title and an attractive adaptation that every fan should experience.

Sword Art Online Alicization: Lycoris promises to be a great game, but it needs some fixes. It can be a incredible Action-RPG, but it stagnates in the middle of the road, due to the low frames per second and the slow camera’s movement.

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is a deeply flawed game but has the potential to be good.
Players with a passing interest aren't going to put the hours in to get past the initial chapter, and in doing so, are going to miss out on an enjoyable experience with a lot to offer for both casual players and hardcore fans. Stick with it.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is a game that many will love, but many more will not. With some interest in the source material and a passion for the JRPG space, there's probably 100 hours worth of content here for dedicated players. Unfortunately, glaringly obvious technical problems hinder what would otherwise be an amazing Sword Art Online game.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris marks a new era of Sword Art Online games, both graphically and narratively. This is an adventure for fans and newcomers that truly builds upon this virtual world through new characters and hundreds of quests. The downside is that you may have to clear a lengthy first chapter to discover everything it has to offer, but luckily for those who do, there’s so much awaiting them. There’s still some quality-of-life work that needs to be done in terms of loading times and assist pop-ins, but as a fan of the previous SAO games, this entry simply blew me away.
A poorly structured first half, questionable gameplay design, and ill-conceived introduction of mechanics aside, Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris also suffers from numerous technical issues and performance drops. There are moments that will entertain you, but these are few and far between and you're left to contend with bothersome frustrations time and again.
People have been waiting for years to finally get what could be considered a really good Sword Art Online game, but the fourth time is certainly not the charm for developer Aquria with probably the most disappointing attempt yet due to the overall squandered potential in Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris does little to step beyond using Sword Art Online to sell this experience. It's poorly optimized, looks, at best, okay, tutorials have little forethought, subpar gameplay, and questionable effort was put into this experience. As nice as the Alicization experience is, there is nothing in this game that motivates me to play it over simply watching the anime or reading the source material. It's unfortunate, as these games could really be engaging and have so much more to them than we've seen with this and other releases.
Optimization issues aside, Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is a solid entry in to the SAO game series. Inviting visuals, recognizable characters, and action packed battles await those willing to put in the time to get past chapter one.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris it's not particularly memorable, but is also an enjoyable action JRPG for every SAO fan.

Overall the game is a fun action RPG with engaging storytelling and some fun mechanics. However, it is hindered by some technical issues
