Ori and the Will of the Wisps combine intricate ambience and agile pace to create an immersive adventure. It is great to control Ori, as his movements are fluid and varied, and there are always many options when it comes to overcoming obstacles - it is rewarding to understand when to use each technique, especially to reach hard to access places. The spirit's skills are put to the test in an extensive world with diverse navigation puzzles, platform sections and many optional areas full of secrets. In addition, the Niwen forest has beautiful and richly built areas, explored in an exciting and gentle fable of fantasy and friendship. In the end, Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a magical and exceptional experience.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a good RPG with an interesting futuristic world, solid brazillian adaptation work and gameplay mechanics that allows certain flexibility on solving the missions. However, to the same extent, the game suffers from many bugs and, even without them, it would not be in a position to meet all the expectations by presenting a limited customization and a narrative in which choices have little impact. Without all the hype in mind, there is an interesting journey that I hope can shine properly with future updates.

Shady Part of Me abuses of black and white to create a powerful psychological journey filled with melancholy. Even though its main narrative sounds vague and confusing, the smart puzzles and the appropriate gameplay dynamics are enough to portray themes such as depression and anxiety in a concise and conscious way.

Space Invaders Forever is a questionable collection and difficult to recommend, so it would be much more attractive to see all of its content in a more robust and complete compilation. Although the gameplay, soundtrack and visuals of the included titles are, most of the time, satisfactory, there is a deficiency of novelties and additions of new game modes that bring the collection closer to a port than to a reimagination. Overall, it is fun, playable and should appeal to all fans of the Space Invaders series, even if it is somewhat superficial.

Unto the End is very successful in placing the player in its atmosphere. The movement, the protagonist's breathing , the mysterious scenarios untouched by the man convey the feeling of struggling to survive in a strange place. It is undoubtedly one of the most difficult titles I've ever had the opportunity to play, where the simplest of creatures represents a potential danger.

Morbid: The Seven Acolytes is quite right in its artistic quality and in the pixelated animations, but it misses a lot when it gets too attached to the “soulslike” concept. Instead of adding interesting mechanics, it ends up restricting the player's options, making everything very slow and tiring. Without a doubt, if the developers had not clung to so many concepts that do not fit so well in the game itself and left all the gameplay and the systems “cleaner”, the experience would be much better and more rewarding.

Per Aspera is a solid and concise experience in the real-time strategy genre. Its diversity of mechanics makes it so complex that the range of possibilities seems endless for each new adventure. This immense complexity, however, was where the developer sinned by not explaining all the mechanics clearly and sometimes trapping players in deadlocks without them understanding what they are doing wrong. I hope that the intense community support given so far will also correct these problems.

Call of the Sea is a phenomenal adventure title set on a charming island that invites exploration. Besides that, the story combines Norah's mystery and personal drama in a thought-provoking way. All other elements are also very well executed, making the game an excellent example of its genre.

Alba: Wildlife Adventure offers an immersive and beautiful experience. It is captivating to explore an island in search of animals to photograph while trying to prevent the mayor's greed and the degradation of nature. The ambience won me over with its stunning look and countless beautiful places to visit, and the light pace creates a relaxing atmosphere. The topics covered are interesting and the simplicity of the systems makes the adventure accessible, but I believe that it would not hurt to do a little more depth. In the end, Alba's adventure oozes character and is a great option for those looking for a peaceful experience.

Twin Mirror delivers what it promises: a great investigation story that shows the journey for change and the acceptance of the past. Fans of the genre will appreciate the story, but will be disappointed by an arrogant protagonist, forgettable characters and the undeveloped unique gameplay mechanic.

Wildfire is a great puzzle, built with genius through intelligent techniques that influence the player's creativity in countless ways. Attention is necessary to explore this vibrant pixel art world, and the responsive controls integrated with excellent stealth gameplay provide that, and accessibility options makes it accessible for all audiences. Although eventual fps drops may slow the experience a little, the game from Sneaky Bastards is a 2D side-scrolling that values pacifism and will leave you ecstatic while playing with fire.

Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is a high quality game. With its diversity of options, the game offers many hours of fun and can be enjoyed by both beginners and veterans. Even with the mistakes made in the Skill Battles, it is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a new game from the classic puzzle series.

Chronos: Before the Ashes is fun and features fluid and functional gameplay. Its friendly commands make the game very accessible for those looking for a souls-like without excess of suffering. The story is interesting and complete in itself, but it left something to be desired by exploring little of the events that would lead to Remnant. Perhaps spending more time on world events outside the labyrinth dimension could bring greater detail to the narrative.

Immortals Fenyx Rising was forgotten for a while, but returned and proved to be a great highlight in this end of generation and among other major releases. Just Dance 2021 is a title with good music and choreography, but fails to introduce new content to longtime fans of the franchise and looks more like a service disguised as a game. I hope that the lack of news in the title was a reflection of the moment we are living in, as the new coronavirus pandemic ended up delaying and affecting the development of several games. Maybe Just Dance 2022 might surprise us — there is no doubt that a new game will be developed.

Inspired by the previous games, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition is a must-have title for any JRPG fan, especially for those who enjoy the franchise. It manages to be nostalgic in the details, and it is modern where it really needs to be, especially in the artistic department. The gameplay maintains much of the originality of the franchise and, at the same time, has some changes that refreshes the overall experience.

Katamari Damacy Reroll is a great way to reintroduce the franchise, much loved by fans, in the current generation. Who knows this may not enlighten the producers and encourage them to continue the adventures of the Prince who lives at the expense of repairing his father's errors.

Haven captivates with an adventure that mixes light RPG and survival elements. It is exciting to glide through an exotic planet with areas that invite exploration. The combat surprises with its depth and variety in tactical battles that require rhythm, coordination and a lot of attention. At the center of this is a charismatic couple of protagonists whose relationship is explored in countless fun scenes full of complicity. Some elements in the exploration are a little obtuse and break the fluidity, but they are circumventable. In the end, Haven turns out to be a remarkable and memorable journey.

While the flaws in Empire of Sin are significant, they are not enough to take the shine away from this Romero Games title. The bold proposal to mix different genres and moments in a game only ends up making the experience varied and interesting, especially for fans of the theme and genres contemplated here. When you spend time with the game, you get the impression that it would benefit from a little more development time. Still, creating and maintaining an empire of respect is as fun as it sounds. Honestly, I hope that the developers and the publisher continue to support the franchise - there is undeniable potential here.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is much larger than the sum of its parts. It is a deeply captivating and indescribable title — it is, in a single word, art. It is an essential game for literally anyone with a PS4 and one that I personally would like to see reaching other platforms so that even more players have the opportunity to experience it.
