Little Bug is a platform puzzle with unique mechanics that shows how simplicity doesn't equate to lack of challenges. Despite having annoying difficulty peaks, it's an interesting game that will put the player's control over the controls to the test, as it tells the most incredible adventure ever experienced on the way home from school.

Ruined King: A League of Legends Story is an RPG that lavishly executes the best features of the genre, but conservatism compromises its notoriety. The highlight, without a doubt, is the turn-based combat system, which offers many strategic options with its Lane mechanics and character customization. In addition, the heroes ooze charisma and captivate even those unfamiliar with Runeterra's legacy. Besides that, the title turns out to be a tepid RPG. There's even a lot of content to explore, but maps, puzzles and trivial missions make things tiresome. Furthermore, the pace is unnecessarily slow and technical issues hinder the fluidity of the adventure. In the end, Ruined King is competent and will mainly please League of Legends fans, however, it is far from unforgettable.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition was set to be one of this year's biggest and most celebrated releases. Unfortunately, due to multiple questionable decisions by those involved in the project, what we received was a collection that did little to deserve the nickname “definitive” registered in its name.

In the end, my experience with Treasures of the Aegean was mixed. At first, it was a little weird, getting more interesting after a few loops and, by the end, it was a little confusing as I learned what to do to advance through the game along with the heroine. It's compelling for those who love exploration and puzzles demanding a healthy dose of dedication for those who wish to unveil the mysteries of Thera.

Saint Kotar is an adventure title that had the potential to be very interesting. Unfortunately, its story is poorly executed, not knowing how to use the horror elements in a convincing way. In addition, the title ends up not being clear at various times in indicating the player's goals. In general, fans of the point-and-click genre may like the game, but it is not a good representative of what this style of play has to offer.

If you like dinosaurs and enjoyed the possibilities of appearance and characteristics modification for each species, you certainly appreciated the previous game in the franchise. However, I believe the enhancements to the interface and the player experience along with the big additions to animals and nature elements are already enough to give this new adventure a try.

Marsupilami: Hoobadventure is fun, upbeat, captivating and an excellent title for people looking for a simple experience that doesn't demand hardcore reflexes. However, it wouldn't have been too much trouble to have cutscenes and characters with more personality when it comes to such a rich universe. Performance issues and repetitiveness are some of its issues, but they're minor and rare, not impacting too much the quality of the adventure.

Nuclear Blaze offers an interesting firefighting adventure. The various stages, whose challenges creatively mix action, puzzle and a bit of platforming, are immersive. In addition, the game has a well-crafted environment with a visual in pixel art and good lighting effects. However, the difficulty is not always fair and the content is very limited. In the end, Nuclear Blaze is intense and brief game.

With intuitive gameplay and easy controls, Among Trees presents itself as a game for everyone, though, it has low replayability potential. After finishing the full expansion of the house, the tasks become repetitive and there's no more story to be found. Despite the fact the developers made an effort to deliver a beautiful and pleasant game, they decided not to update its contents, something that upset a lot of people who eagerly awaited its launch. The end result may be as expected, but somehow the game still feels incomplete. We hope one day they change their minds and bring more activities and interactions with the environment so we can feel even more at home.

Sherlock Holmes Chapter One delivers a worthy experience for any detective or investigative game fan. The available cases bring interesting themes and, in general, are very fun to solve. The gameplay has several resources to solve crimes and doesn't make the game monotonous or repetitive most of the time. Although the main objective of the plot is not widely worked, it guarantees a story with unexpected moments and surprising twists.

Time Loader offers players a very fun and creative adventure. Although there are limitations, the creativity of the scenarios and alternative paths allow the player to be captivated by the various references from the 90s, and mechanics based on a more realistic physics are competent. Some points, such as the soundtrack and the little variety of challenges, leave something to be desired, but these details do not prevent the game from being enjoyed.

Faraday Protocol has the key elements to be an excellent challenge but it stumbles on its repetitiveness and short duration. Besides that, the story, which had everything to be promising, misses the opportunity. Even so, this is a game that fans of enigmas and platforming can enjoy with no qualms.

The return of Gynoug is a great choice, treasuring an excellent title from the golden age of games. However, all the mystique from that age needs to be explored with the due effort that fans wish and deserve. Even so, it's always good to revisit such a lost gem.

Having Mr. DRILLER DrillLand back and available to a wide range of players is something to behold as it is a cute, fun, colorful and upbeat game that is a treat for puzzle fans. Like every amusement park, our intention is always to come back to play a little more. Historically, it also rescues the legacy of Namco (now Bandai Namco), a company that has made industry history with titles that have always focused on delivering the core of an electronic game: challenge and fun.

Possessing a very unique atmosphere, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water is a classic example of the application of many of the characteristic elements of Japanese horror by blending psychological horror with supernatural and folkloric elements while following a structure of increasing tension. Although it is possible to recommend it from a game's point of view, it demonstrates much more value from the perspective of a representative product of this very different genre.

Moncage captivates with its imaginative concept. The puzzles, which are focused on manipulating the cube to align objects in different universes, are impressive in their ingenuity and diversity. Sometimes the riddles demand confusing or very specific steps. However, the flexible tips system makes it easier to deal with this issue. The atmosphere is also remarkable with many elaborate areas and an unconventionally developed narrative that rewards our attention to details. In the end, Moncage is an outstanding puzzle that's very much worth your time.

The title has surprised me brining a good music list with what were the conventional choreographies from past editions, but it lacks something more. The franchise seems to be entering a new stage, exploring choreographies with movement capture, 3D animation and stop-motion. All of those are well done and are likely to return in future games. But, just as I said in the Just Dance 2021 review, having good music and choreographies is not enough to make a good game. The menus and modes are neglected in a worrying way. It was disappointing to see the same menu [from the last edition] and the lack of additions or changes in the modes available.

Keeping up with the recent trend in the series, Call of Duty: Vanguard is a solid and fun shooter. The thrilling campaign and the multiplayer with many options are some of its qualities, and the same can be said for the beautiful graphics and good gameplay. More than a competent game, it offers a solid base that can be amplified and improved upon constantly during its life cycle. Unfortunately, some things come up short and limit the finished product, such as the restricted Zombie mode and the lack of polishment in some elements of the game. The result, however, is a title filled with challenge and pleasant to play, especially with friends. If the integration with the Warzone mode goes well and the updates are good, Vanguard can become one of the best titles in the franchise.

Blue Reflection: Second Light is another good quality RPG from Gust and Koei Tecmo. Exploring the personal journeys of a group of magical girls, the game offers several ways to get to know their perspectives and realities better. With its many well-executed mechanics, except for the occasional stealth moments, the gameplay manages to convey the concept of mahou shoujo and slice of life in a way that should really amuse fans of the genres.

Once again, I'll reinforce the praise I made to the game's art direction, one of its most powerful aspects. Other than that, the nonsensical script and the abandonment of gameplay elements that could be put to much better use make the Backbone experience, overall, disappointing and worth keeping as a bad memory.
