Shift Happens Reviews
Shift Happens is a rewarding and challenging puzzler that is especially enjoyable in co-op. The gradual introduction of new and increasingly complex mechanics is done right, and you'll feel on top of the world as you grow more adept at utilizing them.
You’ll be shifting between sizes many times throughout a level – but it’ll only work with solid communication.
Shift Happens is a platform game with arcade mixes ideal for all ages. Take the control of Bismo and Plom, two beings made with chemical compounds that want to escape from the factory just where they were created. You can play it in the company of a friend, online or locally. Enjoy!. @

Don't expect too much from the single player mode, but if you've got a friends who'll enjoy puzzling with you, I highly recommend picking Shift Happens up.
Whether you’re playing quietly in single player mode, shouting and laughing with a friend, or shouting in frustration at a stranger, you’re bound to find something to enjoy with Shift Happens.
Shift Happens isn’t exactly a bad co-op game, but it does suffer from some rather noticeable irritations and when joining a genre of successfully established titles, there really needs to be more on offer than that included.
All in all, I can say that without a doubt this is one of the best co-op puzzle platformers to hit the eShop's digital shelves. If you're looking for a good game to spend playing with your sibling, cousin, friend, or family member, definitely add this one to your Switch's library and prepare for the laughs and challenges to come.
Shift Happens is a fun puzzle game with colorful graphics and character design that oozes charm. There is a nice variety of puzzles that keep things feeling fresh so that you don't end up doing the same puzzle style over and over again. The amount of content is brilliant, and depending on your skill level, you're looking at 8-12 hours to complete everything the game has to offer. The two characters offer a lot of smart abilities for solving puzzles, and the puzzles themselves are very creative, giving your brain a decent workout.
Shift Happens is an enjoyable cooperative 2D puzzle platformer but it's unfortunately hindered by a limited solo experience as well as many irritating gameplay flaws.
In the game you play as Bismo and Plom, two lab experiments who’re trying to work their way through a gauntlet of challenges by helping one another out...
A fun little puzzle romp for two people. Shift Happens suffers a little from not having a stronger offering for single player. Once you and a friend have completed it there's not a lot here to come back to. Still fun, and for the price it's not a bad distraction.
Shift Happens isn’t a bad co-op experience, not at all. But its modes make it a frustrating one. The game sports solid puzzle design consistently, and couch co-op is a blast (albeit a sometimes antagonistic one, though all’s fair in love and war).
Klonk Games have made a co-op game that can proudly stand next to Overcooked, it might not be the most original game but they have tried hard to make it an enjoyable experience.
Shift Happens is a very well polished coop adventure. A suitable designed learning curve, the minimalistic graphic and sound design and cool gameplay ideas all fit together perfectly and offer many unforgettable moments of jumping and running.

there is a place for Shift Happens. A very specific place. So if you think you fancy a bit of a go on Shift Happens, I hope you had the foresight to procreate. If not, maybe leave it. The game that is. Procreate away.
