Mario Tennis Aces Reviews
It plays a cracking game of tennis, both with simple mechanics or the enhanced ones and you’ll certainly have fun with friends. For the solo player, you’ll breeze through the tournaments with ease, though, and that Adventure mode is one of THE most infuriating gaming experiences I’ve ever encountered, which is a shame.
"Great mechanics with limited options."

Though far from an unqualified success, it nevertheless proves itself a surprisingly nuanced and less-surprisingly addictive sports title overflowing with personality.
There may be some faults with its modes and options, but that doesn’t make the meter-based tennis any less fun for local and online matches. It’s the perfect step forward for the series, even if it doesn’t manage to overtake all of its predecessors.
Be that as it may, I've booted up Mario Tennis Aces every single night since I got it, and it always makes me lose track of time. Missing options aside, I can't deny that this is the most fun I've had playing a tennis game since I was a kid, and I can guarantee that you and your friends will get serious mileage out of it.
Mario Tennis Aces is another great arcade tennis game in the Mario Tennis franchise. It’s an absolute joy to play and it’s gameplay feels fun, rewarding and has a good balance of accessible fun and challenging difficulty, for the most part. While I would have loved a longer single player campaign and more to do after I had finished it, it’s multiplayer mode will offer near endless enjoyment for those that enjoy playing online whether that be casually or competitively. Fingers crossed we get some new characters, courts and rackets to unlock down the line.
Mario Tennis Aces retains the enjoyable core gameplay of the series while ushering in plenty of fresh and exciting mechanics.
Online multiplayer will keep it afloat for a short while, but this does little to placate those who were less than thrilled with Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, fans that will now be left ambivalent if the series can really hit the stride that it once did.
Mario Tennis Aces is an entertaining Tennis experience but it could've been better with more options and longer story mode.

Thank you to Nintendo for kindly supplying a review code for this title. Mario Tennis Aces is available now on Nintendo Switch eShop and in retail.
As long as the online keeps running well, Mario Tennis Aces will be worth revisiting. I still have my concerns of the new mechanics being a little too focused on the ability to block, but Mario's grand sports return has more than enough good in it to make up for smaller miscues like that. This is an encouraging return to form for Camelot.
Mario Tennis Aces is a gorgeous game that managed to introduce new ways to play, While adding a fun adventure mode that preps you for long hours of online play

The challenges on offer are difficult but fun, and they'll keep you going back until you master them. You can't really expect any more than that.
Mario Tennis Aces can be frustrating and challenging, but local multiplayer is still a lot of fun, and there is a lot of content to enjoy.

Mario Tennis Aces is the best Mario Tennis game in over a decade, despite a few hard-to-forgive problems.
This is one of the better multiplayer offerings on the Nintendo Switch. It doesn't have much appeal solely as a single-player game since there is a lack of content with the short Adventure and Tournament mode, outside from that, it is still plenty of fun if you want to get it as a party game to play together with friends.
Mario Tennis Aces is ultimately a solid party game whose weak spots mainly lie in the peripheral areas like the campaign, swing mode, and fairly limited customization. The core gameplay is enjoyable and takes center stage in the addictive, fun multiplayer modes.
For the dedicated fan, Mario Tennis Aces is a must have.
If you're one of the die hard fans of Mario and his adventures, this is your game without any doubt. Mario Tennis Aces is one of those games that you could go for it anytime and you wouldn't miss a thing if you don't buy it either.

With its stylish and inventive courts, Mario Tennis Aces proves that Camelot has returned to its successful form. Although it’s not without flaw and frustration, the title’s variety of modes offer entertainment for the whole family. There’s something for everyone in Mario Tennis Aces, and that’s particularly tricky to accomplish. Some might call that an Ace.
