The game offered a very smooth and simple gameplay experience but with little content and some problems the game appeared less than we expected.

A great adaptation for manga fans and a fun game for the general public.

This anime/manga spin-off from Bandai Namco struggles to rise above mediocrity.

Despite the popularity of the manga, Black Clover: Quartet Knights fails to draw attentions due to the lack of compelling game modes and the presence of dull game mechanics, a repetitive story mode and the almost total absence of customization. There are some good ideas here in the form of an original story and a nice graphic design, but the final product is not able to fully bring out all its potential.

The game has a gooey smooth outer coating that contains a rough, unpleasant centre. Unfortunately, Black Clover Quartet Knights is much like Asta himself; completely lacking in magic.

First time missed for Black Clover in videogame, through this TPS with zero inspiration and lamentable execution.

Black Clover: Quartet Knight features a disappointing main story campaign that is also incredibly short. The focus on multiplayer just doesn't work properly due to its terrible execution and long matchmaking times. It is a game that is purely for fans of the anime and not for others.

As the first video-game based on Black Clover manga Series, Black Clover: Quartet Knights is a valuable game with huge amount of content in single-player and multi-player modes that can entertain you for many hours. unique art style and world design, beautiful music and deep gameplay elements, made Black Clover: Quartet Knights a worthy game. Although the game has issues like shallow story, technical problems and some unbalanced gameplay elements, but in the end, good aspects of the game overcome these issues and make a fun and entertaining experience for you. Also it's worth mentioning that if you want to feel the real potential and depth of the game, play Black Clover: Quartet Knights in multi-player mode.

Black Cover is a must play for the anime lovers but suggesting it to non anime watchers is kind of hard. Black Clover: Quartet Knights benefits from a modern combat system but its story mode is too short and the rooms are often empty.

I have a distinct feeling that if a new Black Clover game will ever be made, it's not going to focus on the multiplayer aspect.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights is a pretty average 3D anime fighter/action game that succeeds in some places and fails in others. Its skippy framerate and boring story may make it a tough sell for anyone who isn’t into Black Clover, but its controls and enjoyable gameplay firmly cement Quartet Knights’s place as an alright anime game.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights feels like a project in which the majority of the developer’s efforts were focused in all the wrong places.

They attempted at something different with Black Clover: Quartet Knights; by making it a more team-oriented online brawler. However, the lack of gameplay depth and balancing issues make it a short-lived experience for fans of the series.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights just isn't very memorable. Even though it looks nice, technical issues and its short length drag it down to below average qualities.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights regardless of its faults is an enjoyable game that features a nicely fleshed out single-player campaign and chaotic but immensely fun online 4v4 battles. It’s unfortunate that the online is let down by a lack of players, but the game does its best with AI-controlled characters, albeit unbalanced ones.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights is in a bit of a tough spot. Black Clover fans are the most likely ones that would go out and pick up the game but they’re also likely the group that will be most disappointing in the game in it’s current form due to it’s short story mode, multiplayer issues and the growing difficulty of finding a full online match.
