Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Reviews
The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy may not offer too much in the way of new content for returning players but it does offer the best possible experience for those who have yet to play these amazingly well-written games.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is a rerelease of slightly touched up Nintendo DS games for modern hardware. It retains all the limitations of past hardware, missing sounds, voiced dialogs and offering not much more than a bit of context to a few common memes.

Of course, for those who have experienced the trilogy on it’s original platform, you aren’t necessarily getting anything new here, however, if you are a hardcore fan of the series, you’re definitely getting a well deserved upgrade. The ability to play all three titles on your TV, or even with upgraded graphics on the Nintendo Switch, makes this the perfect replacement.
I hope that every Switch owner picks up the trilogy, because there’s really never been a better way to play this set of games.
TAKE THIS! Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, the classic courtroom visual novel, all about a rookie defence attorney, has managed to make its way onto the current generation of consoles. The important question to ask: Does this game guilty of being an overpriced cash grab or does it prove that there is still enjoyment in this port of the original trilogy? Let’s find out.
Whichever title you end up preferring, there’s an absurd amount of truly enjoyable content here, and you’ll struggle to find anything as unique as these three Phoenix Wright games.
Fans may not be tempted to jump on, but newcomers to the series will have no objections to the fun to be had in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy.

These three games are all enjoyable and memorable experiences, with their bright cast of characters and delightful humor coupled with engaging and satisfying gameplay. These games are perfect for the player that enjoys character-driven stories in games or games that focus on problem-solving and critical thinking rather than skill.
Phoenix Wright Trilogy showcases three of the most accessible and fun visual novels available. Featuring witty writing and a delightful cast of characters, the Ace Attorney series captures a great blend of light and dark shades in its storytelling.
Phoenix Wright is a delightful stroll down court room memory lane
The Ace Attorney games are a series that will make a lifelong fan out of you. The stories and music are sure to stay with you for years to come, and I wholeheartedly recommend the original trilogy.
There's no denying that breaking down an arrogant witness, and ultimately winning a case in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney feel fantastic. Fitting in the right pieces of evidence to find contradictions is extremely satisfying, I just wish there was more depth, and a little more nuance, to both the witnesses you're breaking down, and the game at large.
The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Remaster is an essential purchase to fans of the series and those who like Investigative Visual Novels. Sure, the game has simply received a new coat of paint over it’s pixelated 4:3 ratio grandfather, but the game looks and feels like something you would expect to see release in 2019 as a new product. I would have liked it if the images and certain characters had greater detail upon them, and less of a filter-like overlay, but that’s just me being picky, the game looks amazing in comparison to the original.
The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is a polished version of an already almost perfect trilogy filled with more quirky characters and complex murder plots than you can fit in a courtroom.
