The King of Fighters XIII Global Match is a competent title by itself and it's worth having it in the library despite a few signs of age. Even though the online experience has some issues, it's interesting to see a game almost a decade old work so well with the right updates, managing to be dynamic and fun.

The Invincible is that simple game, released in a period (and year) of several AAA games that takes the player on a very pleasant experience both for their pockets and for those looking to take a break from blockbuster releases. The Invincible isn't for everyone, but everyone should try it.

Like the long adventure from which it was inspired, Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is full of ups and downs, with a slight edge to the highs. In the end, we have a game aimed at fans of the work and anime in general, especially for those who want the complete collection now and don't want to wait for promotions.

Despite appearing to be just another metroidvania among many, TEVI stands out for a combat system full of possibilities and an engaging story full of captivating characters and memorable bosses. Some problems related to the lack of variety in certain regions, occasionally frustrating moments due to the difficulty that affect some of the experience and a slight drag in the running time in the final stretch of the game are notable problems, but they certainly do not erase the shine of the adventure.

By combining the rhythm and puzzle genres, Super Crazy Rhythm Castle created a unique and extremely fun adventure to experience with friends. Though it works fine in single player, the big highlight is the mode where we interact with our friends to surpass its diverse challenges. Alone or with friends, this is a great game to pass time, laugh and enjoy the music.

SteamWorld Build fulfills its mission and delivers a fun construction game with the undeniable charm of the versatile and long-running SteamWorld franchise. A little more depth or challenge would be welcome, of course, but there will always be room for polished experiences that value fun and are capable of welcoming new players with excellence. Recommended.

The Pale Reach doesn't break the bank, but it does offer a pleasant addition for those who wish to re-immerse themselves in the dark and intriguing waters of DREDGE, adding complementary value to the already captivating experience of the main game.

Prison City fulfills its premise competently, featuring stunning visuals and a unique weapon as its main feature. The less linear structure of the levels, the references to pop culture and the engaging boss battles provide fun moments, despite their resistance; however, compared to several other productions that are inspired by retro works, the game lacks its own identity that sets it apart.

Agatha Christie - Murder on the Orient Express brings a highly competent police novel classic, pleasing those who read the book or who like investigation and puzzle games. What's missing, in my opinion, is a better suspense atmosphere, as the plot is unveiled in a very direct fashion, but this is hardly something that takes the shine out of Microids' good job.

Wizard with a Gun manages to make a good combination of different genres and offer a pleasant experience. Although it could be richer in content and explore the possibilities of combat in more depth, the final balance of the game is positive, making it an easy recommendation for those who are curious about this mix.

Twofold is a deeply humane and touching visual novel about the pleasures and pains of interpersonal relationships during our brief passage through life. It's a beautiful way to remember the subtle beauty of what's essential to us and invisible to the eyes.

Yohane the Parhelion -BLAZE in the DEEPBLUE- leaves something to be desired, resulting in an experience that seems to have been hastily produced without the necessary care to make it truly captivating.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is not a perfect product and cannot remotely be recommended as a gateway, especially since the other games in the main series do a more competent job of offering a robust experience. However, it does a good job of encapsulating the characteristics of the franchise and offering old school fans a last dose of the Dragon of Dojima, now in his twilight as a protagonist.

The Last Faith is a very competent game that manages to deliver a challenging but equally accessible soulslike experience. The absence of a movement limiter [like stamina] makes the experience a more dynamic and fun affair, especially for those who aren't so familiar with this kind of control. However, for those looking for a metroidvania experience, it has some issues, as the map exploration feels bad due to the protagonist's movement parameters. Even with this issue, it's definitely recommended for those looking for an entrypoint into the souls genre or those who are already experienced in it

Worldless is visually stunning and enchanted me in its first few hours, but the sudden increase in complexity in the final third and the requirement for precise timing to advance in the main battles took away my desire to continue. When I consider the imprecise map, the lack of fast travel and the slow and empty crossings when revisiting certain sections, I think I can only recommend it to the patient or the skilled, as, unfortunately, frustration has several times taken me out of the spell in which the beautiful atmosphere enveloped me time after time.

Forza Motorsport continues to be a reference in racing simulators for consoles and is the most beautiful entry in the series, in addition to being the one that presents the most realistic and refined gameplay among all Forza games and deserves praise for its wide accessibility options.

Tales of Arise - Beyond the Dawn fulfills its mission as an expansion, bringing new missions, challenging opponents and more of what made the base game one of the best and most fun JRPGs released in recent years. Without fear of touching on delicate themes such as prejudice and family abandonment, or showing that not every ending is as happy as it seems, this DLC is a great opportunity for both veterans and newcomers to visit this universe and enjoy its good visuals, great combat system and fun progression.

Despite having some qualities, Spell & Secrets suffers from the problem of repetitiveness common in roguelike games and does not present many alternatives to overcome it. Its story is uninteresting, making it seem like a generic copy of Harry Potter, and its challenges are not very diverse, making it quickly dull and predictable. However, the spell options manage to ensure a bit of quality to the gameplay, allowing different approaches to combat, as well as multiplayer, which makes it more dynamic and fun. In this case, I believe that Spells & Secrets can be recommended if you have a friend to play with you.
