The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa is a very hilarious open world beat'em up game that offers a lot of fun and different things to do. The story will show you what true friendship is, but also where the limits are, where even friends won't go. The question of what all has to happen to turn friends into strangers and strangers into true friends is equally addressed, and last but not least you will see how fragile student love can be. The play is definitely not for everyone. Its loose structure won't appeal to players who want specific goals, and its refusal to explain anything can feel clunky. This is an open-world game where you can do whatever you want, but unfortunately there is no map and sometimes the interaction is a bit of a drag. You do get a great feel for the life of a teenage high school gang leader, though, who has to contend not only with a rival gang, but with his own life.

She Sees Red is really action from the beginning to the end, great performances of the actors, costumes and make-up give everything the right atmosphere. The ingenious camera work, very good cuts, the film's plot and the possibility of multiple endings, all of which are quite interesting in their own way, are a big plus. However, the negative side of this game is the genre itself. It's really hard in this day and age to captivate players with gameplay that is done in a simple clicker fashion. For some more demanding people, this style of gameplay can be boring. We recommend the game to anyone who wants more of a break from the demanding keyboard mashing, and is in the mood to watch a movie in which they themselves are the driving force behind the action.

Bethesda took a risk with its move into the strategy genre, and it paid off in this case. The world of Fallout fit the concept of a builder game surprisingly well, and the cartoony graphics also worked well. The very nice overall impression is marred only by the unfun combat and story elements, which could have been handled much better. In any case, Fallout Shelter is a good mobile game - but whether it's also a good addition to the Fallout franchise is for each player to decide. Since both the mobile and Steam versions are free, there's nothing easier than downloading one and seeing for yourself.

Daymare 1998 is a hilarious horror game, which manages to captivate especially with its storytelling divided between the three main protagonists. The story and the horror atmosphere manage to captivate, and together with the hilarious sound effects and soundtrack make for a really good combination of fun with the need to think, even with the more challenging puzzles. It is thus a good horror game, although unfortunately it has some graphical imperfections that bring it down for today, and rather clunky inventory management.

ELEX is a hilarious RPG game that announced a great comeback of Piranha Bytes developers. It is a classic honest-to-goodness RPG that offers well-functioning gameplay mechanics along with a diverse array of enemies, items and a world to explore. The side quests are also very well thought out and are not just an annoying element in the game, as with some competing titles in this genre. Unfortunately, the game still suffers from some ailments, but despite this, it is still a quality RPG that will definitely entertain, repeatedly, as the replayability is very decent for this title.

Crysis Remastered Trilogy was undoubtedly a success, and it shows that remasters of older games don't always have to be a flop. The developers managed to squeeze about as much as they could out of CryEngine in this regard, and Saber Interactive deserves a hat tip for their work. It's just a shame about the bugs in the first game.

For me, it would have been enough if S.W.A.N. only had the first hour and the end. The game does seem to have potential, but it's lost somewhere along the way. There's a minigame that is pointless and only distracts the player from the main plot, not to mention an entity that babbles utter nonsense. For me, this game is just a dead swan.

Walking through the colorful island with a young chicken is a treat for the soul. Turn off the stress for a few hours with Haven Park and help it follow in Grandma's footsteps.

Call of Duty Vanguard is a decent next installment in the franchise that I would recommend to both newcomers and veterans who love the game series. However, if you already own one of the previous installments and don't like the World War II theme, you can safely skip this one or wait for a lower price. It's easy to drown dozens and hundreds of hours in multiplayer in this game, but if you're not into multiplayer and are only interested in the campaign mode, I wouldn't buy the game if I were you, as the campaign mode is very short. I enjoyed Call of Duty: Vanguard and I thoroughly enjoyed all three game modes, I will definitely be returning to multiplayer and zombie mode more regularly. I'd recommend the game, and if you're excited about the multiplayer, dive into it as soon as possible while it has a large player count.

Lucius really isn't for everyone. However, if you're tired of always playing as a positive character and saving the world, or if you want revenge on your maid who wouldn't let you watch Tom and Jerry when you were little, then this game is for you. The game concept, effects and elements may be dated, but the game still has something to offer after all these years.

Juro Jánošík is a Slovak game with RPG, action, jumping and adventure elements. The Slovak environment, interface and dubbing are a nice gameplay change, which players (not only) from the Tatras will welcome. Minimal brutality, historical locations, tasteful graphics, Slovak traditions, engaging logic and reasoning - these are all factors that definitely say a resounding yes to buying this game.

Pinstripe is an interesting adventure game with a poetic story, but some players may find it hard to read due to its overdone style. The short game time and the associated smaller bite-sized content is also disappointing. The title, on the other hand, excels in the field of replayability, enjoyable audiovisual aspects and various options for progressing through the game. The overall point is thought-provoking... if you get it at all.

Horror Story: Hallowseed is really a perfect horror experience in the first part. After that, the horror and suspense fades a bit. It's definitely an interesting experience and worth checking out. The game is not very long either, taking you something around two to three hours.

Train Station Renovation is a very hilarious simulator that offers the rebuilding of ten train stations. The game is sophisticated, offering a wide range of tools and tasks, unfortunately the selection of furniture and other items needed for the renovation of the premises is a bit smaller. The waste sorting is interestingly handled. Graphically, the game keeps the average, even the controls could be a hair better. A big help are the updates that are still coming out and the upcoming expansion.

Haven presents you with one challenge after another in a dreamlike, audiovisually beautiful world where you'll spend dozens of hours unraveling all its hidden corners and contents. The blemish on an otherwise great title is the less well-handled co-op, rather sporadic hitches and feelings of stereotype for a certain variety of players. The romantically-themed story suits the younger generation more, but even a boomer like me enjoyed it to the fullest.

Five absolutely atmospheric stories, five love-struck girls and one boy who has to solve everything. Beautiful audio and graphics that complete the atmosphere of the whole game. The only disappointments are the resolution, the mute main character and the far too small stack of drawn character moods. Some may find Bokuten - Why I Became An Angel tedious, but that's up to everyone's preference. For me, however, I can rank it among the best visual novels to hit Steam.

AER: Memories of Old is a charming explorative adventure game with a peaceful atmosphere aimed at relaxation and stress relief. The varied game world hides many small or big secrets and it will be up to you how much of it you want to discover. The transformations from girl to bird and vice versa are beautifully smooth, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the controls. The length of the gameplay isn't very friendly either, but if you're even slightly intrigued by the title, definitely take your time and immerse yourself in its beauty.

Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator would probably have made do with just its magical environment, but luckily it turned out to be a clever, abstract alchemy simulator that we can probably expect big things from when it reaches the final version. If you like the rough-and-tumble of running a business, its finances and controlling employees, the game probably won't interest you, because it's not really a classic business simulator. I've played similar games, but none have been quite the same and yet completely different from others with a similar idea. Sometimes I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over again, but that was only until I figured out how to do it more efficiently. By being an alpha version, there's not as much actual gameplay, but that will hopefully change soon and I believe the game has a lot of potential. Potion Craft is available on Steam for €12.49. The price is relevant and for how much the game costs, it can bring you a lot of hours of fun.

Sheltered 2 offers many hilarious mechanisms that nicely combine combat, item acquisition, building and crafting with survival elements. In addition, you'll also see bunker building and dealing with other factions that react to your behaviour. Unfortunately, the game is dragged down heavily by the strong bugginess and the presence of various absurdities and paradoxes. In this state, unfortunately, a game with good mechanisms and elements cannot be recommended due to the presence of bugs that noticeably affect gameplay.
