Riders Republic takes the extreme sports gaming genre and marries it with their Ubisoft style open-world exploration and it surprisingly works. They've created an accessible world where you don't have to be skilled or even interested in the sports provided to be able to enjoy.

Riders Republic is a solid sports game, graphically satisfying and with all the right cards to give you many hours of fun thanks to an accessible control system, many customization options and a wide variety of events. It's not perfect and it will need some updates, but it's undoubtedly the best extreme sports game available today.

Riders Republic succeeded where Steep had failed a few years ago. The title offers an experience based solely on the pleasure of the game whether you are alone or with friends. The disciplines offered are numerous even if the tests are a little repetitive in the long run. The playground for its part is quite large with a diversity of landscapes. The sensations on the slopes are very good even if there are some elements of frustration, especially in the Mass Race. There is no doubt that the title should appeal to fans of the genre!

Riders Republic misses its chance to be a great game due to some of its lacks in customization and gameplay. An extremely fun game that anyone who loves extreme sports should try.

There are of course the usual "Ubisoft Formula" problems but if you get in the right groove with how things work in Riders Republic, you are going to have great times with it.

The spiritual successor to Steep has a few kinks to work out, but by and large Riders Republic is a helluva fun trip.

Riders Republic is a massive celebration of online gaming with a lot of variety in tracks and events design that always feels fresh, the driving mechanics are great and feel fresh as well but doesn't escape the need for some polishing here and there especially for the camera controls, microtransactions are here in a big way too overpriced way but Luckily it's only for cosmetics and doesn't affect the fun of it all
