Forza: Motorsport 2023 is both a fantastic racing experience and an example of everything wrong in the genre at the moment. the driving is better than ever and the visual design is fantastic but the soundtrack, lack of local play and the small number of bugs did detract from the overall experience. It's got a ton of amazing content that makes up for the issues, however, so it is a hearty recommendation to all motor nuts.
Forza Motorsport continues to be a reference in racing simulators for consoles and is the most beautiful entry in the series, in addition to being the one that presents the most realistic and refined gameplay among all Forza games and deserves praise for its wide accessibility options.

Forza Motorsport is a strong return to form for the core Forza series, with exceptional visuals, outstanding racing and what is a strong game throughout. While lacking in tracks, which is noticable, this is still a game worth recommending.
Forza Motorsport 8 showcases the extensive expertise of Turn 10 Studios in the racing game genre. The game stands out with its impeccable weather effects, delivering breathtaking night races. However, it’s not without its shortcomings. The daytime visuals, the variable authenticity of certain car behaviors, and the repetitive tire squeal in some instances highlight areas that could benefit from further refinement. The game’s content offering is generous, boasting a wide selection of vehicles and tracks, with the promise of more to come. Nevertheless, the heart of a racing game lies in its gameplay, and while Forza Motorsport 8 provides moments of exhilaration, it occasionally feels somewhat detached from reality, especially in handling low-powered vehicles. Despite not achieving absolute perfection, it undeniably secures its position among the most visually stunning and content-rich racing games available. Whether you’re a long-time series fan or a newcomer, Forza Motorsport 8 offers a worthwhile experience, and we can hope that some of its imperfections will be addressed in future updates.
The reboot of Forza Motorsport delivers a great racing experience with more than enough content to keep you sated for a very long time. Even though it's not necessarily a reboot, Forza Motorsport improves on all its predecessors by doing even more things right, while delivering some new experiences along the way. With its highly addictive systems and refined gameplay, Forza Motorsport is a racegame that you simply can't miss.

Turn 10 are fantastic developers, and I was hoping for more from this rebirth of Forza. This is a game I’ll sink countless hours into going forward, but I genuinely hope it gets the updates and fixes it deserves. Unfortunately, these issues I’ve had drag the score down on this game, but that doesn’t detract from how much I love the gameplay loop.
Perhaps one day I’ll get over my insecurity and lack of motivation around driving. Maybe I’ll get over any fear of harming myself or others in a freak accident, or I'll tire of taking commuter rails anytime I want to travel upstate and eventually take matters into my own hands. Until then, Forza Motorsport lets me feel the thrills of high-speed racing and, more importantly, gives me confidence that I can drive a car as well as the best of them. The game doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it provides more of those amazing feelings.
Forza Motorsport is coming back a bit lazily and not as grandly as one might expect after six years. It's still an excellent and all-around improved chapter, but it shows some signs of stagnation, such as the lifeless Career and the not-so-"revolutionary" visuals that Turn 10 promised during the title's marketing campaign. In conclusion and in very simple words, those of you who have played Forza Motorsport 7 know more or less what to expect. One thing's for sure, if you love Forza Motorsport, you'll love this too.

Once again we are dealing with a base that, despite the introduction of many changes in visible areas, after a longer interaction it shows, the same old habits as previous games. But I've had enough of clicking through yet another Motorsport competition or a deluge of minor Horizon activities. There's room here for Turn 10 and Microsoft to rethink initial player feedback and introduce cool events and modes that will differentiate this game from its family predecessors and the works of its opponents.

After being given so many years to build upon previous Forza titles, as well as learning from what Playground Games was able to achieve with its Horizon games, Turn 10 focused too heavily on gameplay and progression elements nobody had ever asked for, almost as if they were intentionally padding the game’s length in order to make a Game Pass subscription feel more enticing in the long run. Everything about it feels bureaucratic: the narration feels bored, the UI feels excessively professional, it’s hard to feel like there was any passion in the creation of this title.
Forza Motorsport reboot built on a solid foundation that can be supported and improved with updates for years to come, but even at its current state, its the most technologically advanced racing game and is the best Forza game in terms of physics and car handling yet.

On the track, Forza Motorsport is still in pole position, but in terms of content depth and variety, it’s languishing somewhere near the back, being lapped by the competition.
Forza Motorsport delivers one of the best simcade experiences ever made on the track, with a glorious driving model, a great dynamic weather system, and a lovely and ever-expanding pack of tracks and cars. On the other hand, the career mode is shallow and the great UX is partially nullified by a very dull sense of progression. Still great fun, lots of content, and great multiplayer potential, but it's not the ultimate Forza experience we were hoping for.

Make no mistake, Forza Motorsport is a couch racer designed for a gamepad so people looking for a simulation experience need not apply. Overall, Turn 10 has got the job done, delivering a title that looks fantastic and is an enjoyable play. Unfortunately, Forza Motorsport lets itself down in a few areas, mainly the career mode which is very basic as well as (arguably) a focus on road cars which makes it feel more like a track day rather than a serious racer. Forza Motorsport is pretty good, it's just not yet at the level of its competitors, nor is it as fun as Forza Horizon which puts it in a very difficult position. It's just not different enough; even the menus are the same and so are the majority of the cars on offer. The online experience was a highlight, and will probably be the key part of the game that will keep me coming back for more.

Forza Motorsport is a technically impressive offering that is at the forefront of current generation racing. It does however feel limited by its content, particularly as it’s been so long since the previous release.
Forza Motorsport is a superb racing sim that marks a welcome return to the genre. If you're a gearhead or simply enjoy a more realistic approach to racing then I highly recommend checking it out although those averse to the genre will likely remain unswayed.
Forza Motorsport is a beautiful game that will feel familiar to returning fans. However, the game is just a pretty face with no real interesting additions to make it interesting. Overall, it’s a solid racing game.
