Shadow Warrior 2 Reviews
Flying Wild Hog has gone well beyond churning out a simple sequel to its rebooted series. Shadow Warrior 2 stands on its own as a frenzied yet fresh blending of genres that can easily enthral groups of players for hours at a time. For lone wolves, the looting and shooting will be slightly less appealing. This, and a few smaller hitches, hold the game back from greatness, though die-hard fans of the genre will certainly get their fill.
Shadow Warrior 2 is in no way a bad game, and I found myself grinning through a lot of it. I'd groan at Wang begging to cut off a penis immediately afterwards, but some people will probably get a laugh out of that. Definite flaws and a laser focus on making the game a more universally sellable experience hurt it, but if you want to shoot shit while shooting the shit with some buddies, you could do a lot worse.
The frenzy of the fighting is penalized by the new mechanics concerning the management of the character and the equipment, buy the excesses of the game that remained the same of the valid reboot published three years ago.

So aside from some of the loot drops not being that good until later in the game, I really enjoyed my time with Shadow Warrior 2 especially when playing it in co-op. Considering the amount of content you're getting I can safely say that this game is worth getting at $40 especially if you have friends to play the campaign with but it's not bad if you have to play alone.
If you didn't get a chance to play it on PC last year, Shadow Warrior 2 on consoles is still worth your time, but this version is not on par with the PC one, with halved framerate, no HDR and no new content.

A bold evolution of a tested formula. Shadow Warrior 2 is fun when played with friends but somewhat chaotic and disappointing when tangled with alone.

Shadow Warrior 2 again has a complex control with strange combinations of buttons in the gamepad and has no new content to justify its delay in consoles. Otherwise, this is a very funny title.

Wang is back, accompanied by 70 weapons, new enemies and a more free experience. A great action game damaged by its repetitiveness in levels & mechanics.

Bloody retro shooter with deficits in control, along with friends but quite fun.

Shadow Warrior 2's combat is gleefully expressive and varied, but undermined by tired, dated humor.
Flying Wild Hog präsentieren mit die schnellste und spaßigste First-Person-Action dieser Generation, lassen aber inszenatorisch und erzählerisch Chancen liegen.

While Shadow Warrior 2 doesn't feature a complex economy system and the whole world seems to rely on a single blacksmith and two tiny shops, there's somehow plenty of wares to go through.
Shadow Warrior 2 surpasses everything that was its predecessor's 2013 release. A larger roster of weaponry to choose from, a Diablo-esque loot system for equipment upgrades, greatly improved visuals and most importantly, a 4-player cooperative mode.
Shadow Warrior 2 is a great shooter offering hours of quality entertainment, many enemies for you to cut, Lo Wang with with his iconic humor, and co-operation. If you wanna go crazy and aren't looking for a deep story, you're at the right place.

Shadow Warrior 2 is simply incredible, and should be experienced by everybody who just wants to have some satisfying fun, while playing games.
Drawing on some pretty obvious inspirations, Shadow Warrior 2 doesn't have many original ideas of its own, but that doesn't stop it from being one of most purely fun FPS games on the market right now.
Shadow Warrior 2 is an entertaining, mechanically solid, and gorgeous looking skirmish for PC owners
Shadow Warrior 2 probably isn't going to win any Shooter of the Year awards, but that doesn't mean you should skip out on the latest offering from Flying Wild Hog either.
Putting aside the technical complaints, Shadow Warrior 2 is legitimately one of the best shooters of 2016 thus far.
