College Football 26 is just a better game than what we had last year so that you can play and enjoy it to your heart’s content.
College Football 26 may not be the perfect football sim, but it is really close to being great. While there is a ton of content to sink into, there is still more QoL for each mode I’d like to see. Starting off by at least offering a an optional quick training mode at start or find a more dynamic way to offer insight during the modes so you know what to do.
EA SPORTS College Football 26 proves it was a great decision to bring college football back to video games. Besides the skillful gameplay, the way stadiums, teams, fans, and mannerisms have been brought to the virtual environment captivates those in control to the point of wanting to discover what each playbook has to offer.

EA Sports College Football 26 was one of my most anticipated games this year. From the EA deep dives and all the news, I was excited to play this game. While still exciting, there are some issues with the game. I ran into the bug where I could not call a play, there by having to waste a timeout. This happened to me several times during my “Road to Glory” with my QB. There was another bug I encountered where I kept receiving an error message saying, “I was not signed into the PlayStation Network”. I have even experienced a crash, in the middle of my game, which happened twice in one night.
EA Sports College Football 26 is the evolution the series needed, although some bugs remain, the overall experience is fun, addictive, and true to the spirit of college football.

EA Sports College Football 26 brings quality improvements that build nicely upon the foundation laid by last year's release. No upgrades are revolutionary, but they don't necessarily need to be. However, bugs and a lack of quality tutorials leave some to be desired. Regardless, for college football fans, this is still the ultimate experience to bring game days with you anytime, anywhere.
Although there is room for improvement, the execution seems hurried. More than anything else, College Football 26 requires time, time to refine, time to correct fundamental mechanics, and time to pay attention to community input.
“EA Sports College Football 26” impressively demonstrates why college football is more than just sport: it is a festival of emotions, full of traditions, wild games and legendary stadiums. The presentation in particular conveys this perfectly: whether it's the White Out at Penn State, “Enter Sandman” by Metallica at the Virginia Tech Entrance or other college rituals. Moments like these make the game something special.

EA Sports College Football 26 is a strong successor to its entertaining predecessor, packed with atmosphere, stadiums, teams, and modes for every type of player—though Road to Glory feels a bit flat and Ultimate Team leans heavily into monetization, the gameplay is solid, the performance smooth, and for college football fans, it’s a no-brainer.

EA Sports College Football 26 is a step forward in the right direction and builds really well from where CFB 25 left off. There are plenty of quality of life additions from menus and UI to even more sliders and options for players for the various game modes.
College Football 26 feels like a sensible step forward, a step back, and standing still all at once. Gameplay is even better than it was before, Road to Glory is somehow worse, and Dynasty is just about what it was last year. There are certainly worse outcomes for an annual sports title, but it is important to go in knowing that EA hasn't exactly reinvented the wheel.
I can say, without any exaggeration, that EA SPORTS College Football 26 is the best American football game I have ever played.

Yearly sports titles tend to be small upgrades. College Football 26 is different, as CF25 set the groundwork after over a decade away. ’26 takes a more-is-better approach and smashes it. This is one of the best-playing and most realistic-feeling college sports titles I have ever played.
