F1 2019 Reviews
Another solid entry into the F1 franchise for Codemasters. It's nice to see them expanding the game to represent how drivers work their way up into the F1 roster from the F2 feeder series. Being able to build your driver up from (an albeit short) F2 career really lends credence to the story of your driver making their way up through the ranks.
Codemasters has retouched just enough to improve a saga that is already very good. Small adjustments and inclusions that will delight the most veteran and will make the disbursement of this year deserved.

While an exciting sim on its own, F1 2019 does the bare minimum to qualify as a brand new outing. There are no breakthroughs this year, so unless you're a hardcore fan, those just looking for a great F1 racing experience can safely pit stop to last year's version.
F1 2019 continues to be a great racing game for the Formula 1 fan, but as the years go by, each new version of the game only looks more "updated", without any major change. Codemasters did a great job in F1 2019 but it's worrying how everything looks so equal to the 2018 version, except for some punctual additions that differ the game from previous versions.

F1 2019 is a rare occasion where a game can look and feel the same, but do enough to put it over the top.
F1 2019 is solid, and the most complete entry in the series yet, but it could have become the best F1 simulator in history of video games if the developers would have taken full advantage of its potentials.

With F1 2019 Codemasters once again succeeded in building further on the foundations they laid down in previous games. The career feels fresh with Lukas and Devon as well as driver transfers. Formula 2 is also a welcome addition to the game.

This year as well, Codemasters listens to its audience and provides them even partly with the additions that it requires.

F1 2019 did not bring as much news as the slightly revolutionary 2018. Where for the first time Codemasters was allowed to go to the paddock and get information from racing teams and record real engine sounds. Yet a few news will delight and some are like promising prospects for years to come.

F1 2019 does an amazing job, once again, at making you feel like an actual Formula 1 driver, and the attention to detail is what has always set this franchise apart. The inclusion of F2 into the F1 campaign is fantastic, but it would be great to see it extended.
Codemasters manages to improve its already good F1 2018. With Formula 2, a completely new game element is added and also the improved career mode is just fun. The graphics are as usual contemporary and the multiplayer offers weeks of challenges until all tracks and vehicles are mastered.

F1 2019 is great and an absolutely essential tour de force for Formula fans. The cars react as they should, the courses look as you’d expect. It’s everything you’d hope for and more. This is the best Formula 1 game to date and with F2, it builds some exciting foundations for the future.
F1 2019 is another fine simulation of its class. The game does exactly what it has to do and that is, of course, the feeling of speed and skill. The series is in need of some innovation here and there, but at the same time, I wonder what more can be done.
Overall the game is fantastic, another great iteration into the F1 franchise, and once again Codemasters have done themselves proud with a game of this calibre. F1 2019 receives the Thumb Culture Platinum Award!
F1 2019 could be the next esport hit on consoles and PC. Now the community has the opportunity showing how they use the functions.

it does have more to offer, but because Codemasters have been getting the simulation style of racing right for a couple of years now, there isn’t a vast amount they needed to improve on, other than cosmetically, but what has been improved is just about noticable.
F1 2019 had a shorter development cycle than the previous entries in the series, but despite that, Codemasters has managed to improve the franchise in every single way. If you're a fan of motorsports and you don't have any F1 games in your library, this is the best time to fix that. Formula 1 games have never been better.

I love F1. It’s been a passion of mine since the, and the same can be said for the games that release. From Bizzare Creations to EA and then to Codemasters the games have been a mixed bag but over the last few years, the career mode, gameplay and presentation have been second to none. Can F1® 2019 improve yet again? The answer is yes, without a doubt.
