Microsoft Flight Simulator Reviews
Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2020 heralds the return of the beloved simulation series, bringing with it a first-glimpse into the next generation of simulation games.
Flight Simulator on Xbox Series X and S is marvel to behold. It might not be that easy to read a cockpit flight plan while lounging on the couch, but it’s a stunning way to watch the world go by with Microsoft Flight Simulator on Xbox.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a game that you have to play to understand just how incredible of an experience it is. It's an incomparable adventure that consistently surprises and delights. The game provides you with all the tools necessary to conquer the unthinkable task of flying the plane. Asobo has laid an incredible platform that will provide hours upon hours of joy for both casual gamers and flight experts alike, and it's only upwards from here.
Flight Simulator 2020 is a gargantuan game that promises to become even bigger, richer and more technically advanced over the coming years. Fans will be delighted by the flying, and everyone else should keep an eye on expansions and DLCs (buildings, planes etc.), which will certainly elevate this true next-gen game even higher!

Microsoft Flight Simulator has enough quality-of-life features to make it well worth a purchase for any virtual pilot, but the ability to fly anywhere on the planet makes for a game that's uncanny and impossible not to recommend to anyone who's remotely interested in the view from above.
Severe performance issues aside, Microsoft Flight Simulator is a spectacular game which manages to nail the simulation mechanics with mind-blowing visuals.
Long story short, make Microsoft Flight Simulator whatever you want it to be — it can handle it.
“Microsoft Flight Simulator lets pilots fly around the world to essentially anywhere they want… innovative and mind-blowing.“

I don’t think I’m being unfair at all to Microsoft Flight Simulator to say that suggesting a purchase for those outside of the flight sim fanatic crowd is complicated. If you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, however, this is one of the easiest recommendations I can make, even if I’m still a ways out from being able to formulate any sort of final opinion. This is an exciting and enthralling video game experience the likes of which rarely come around, and if you’re already paying Microsoft a subscription fee, there should be nothing stopping you from giving it a try.
Net of some necessary compromises, Microsoft Flight Simulator presents itself on Xbox Series X in a solid and complete guise, to be considered next-gen from almost every point of view. The frame rate anchored on 30 fps may seem like a slide of no small importance, but we assure you how it does not affect an overall experience as pleasant as it is unique in its kind. The latest effort of Asobo Studio and Microsoft replenishes the Xbox Game Pass console catalog with a project that lived up to the quality achieved on PC a year earlier, with an unchanged charm and capable of giving emotions to the most attentive and patient players.

Even now it still feels ahead of its time.
I could keep going on and on about this for ages… but I need to stop somewhere. With a strong starting point in terms of aircraft to use and the fact that you can fly to/from anywhere in the world plus regular updates and more content, I really can't recommend this enough to fans of flight! Visually stunning and a challenge if you want it to be, or a reasonably calm flight of fancy if you want that, Microsoft Flight Simulator Xbox Series X is a true accomplishment on this next-gen console and a game that you will continue coming back to, even years later that can be played as a enjoyable joy flight or a challenge as you attempt to land a passenger plane at night and with bad weather. But enough from me… I need to get back in the cockpit and enjoy the sights of the world (if we can't get out there in reality at the moment… this is arguably the next best thing!).
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a perfect simulator but a terrible video game. There is no doubt that hardcore sim-players would enjoy it but most casual gamers won't. Flying a plane is hard to learn and dull to play.

Our hope right now is that Asobo and Microsoft manage to improve performance for those of us on lesser rigs and that a patch is forthcoming to help boost the frame rate a little. I can appreciate the game at less than 20fps in low settings but I would love to be truly blown away by it.
Earn your virtual pilots license with a visually stunning and challenging globe of flying locations.
In 2020, Microsoft Flight Simulator leverages technology that feels as much of our current place and time as it does the immediate and distant future.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is the much awaited Microsoft Flight Simulator X's heir, built on a base that is both technologically futuristic and solid content-wise

If you’ve ever wanted to fly a plane or are simply fascinated by air travel, Microsoft Flight Simulator is a must-have.
Where Flight Simulator shines, is in its ability to be both an inexpensive training tool for actual pilots, an accessible introduction to aviation for new people, and also a place where the hardcore can live out their airline pilot dreams.
