Haunted House is exactly what you'd expect from a conventional roguelite, favoring stealth over direct combat. Abusing a cartoonish art style, it offers good, but sometimes unstable mechanics, as well as a solid but repetitive and not always rewarding progression model.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 gets it wrong in practically every possible aspect, from the campaign with dubious design and shallow story, to the uninteresting zombies mode and even its classic competitive multiplayer mode delivering far below expectations. Little is really original and the game feels more like a reuse of parts of Warzone to create a new product to be sold at full price.

When played just for fun, Teardown is an excellent experience of destruction, with your imagination being the limit to create the most varied situations. Unfortunately, some of this is limited to a repetitive campaign mode and one that can become frustrating on many occasions.

Berzerk: Recharged is fun for a limited time, and it gets it right by utilizing strong arcade game elements. However, a bolder approach would ensure an even larger audience for the Atari classic in its new version.

The Talos Principle 2 is a masterpiece that ventures into puzzles and the philosophical universe of deep questions. Although it is aimed at an audience that seeks exciting, challenging and honest intellectual stimuli, this is a less intimidating experience than it may seem, thanks to the flexibility to advance in the campaign and the certainty that each puzzle already brings with it everything necessary to solve it. Few games have given me so much satisfaction with the beauty of seeing it all connect and finally unravel the riddle before me, making me rush right to the next one. This is one of the best games of 2023 and I'm glad it exists.

DreamWorks Trolls Remix Rescue is a collection of generic and uninspired solutions that tries to sustain itself by the charisma of a franchise much loved by children. It fails narratively, aesthetically, and, especially, in the fun factor by not being able to justify itself, even when it works.

The horror universe created in World of Horror deserves to be checked, especially for its peculiar mechanics. The different stories, accompanied by a competent soundtrack and art direction, make the experience enjoyable and interesting. It's a shame, however, that the cases don't bring as many ramifications, which can make the game repetitive after a few hours of play.

EA Sports WRC delivers an incredible legacy of the WRC, with new features that should entertain players who are fans of rally games. It has a visual limitation, incompatible with the current generation, whose customization proposal tries to overcome the existing flaws. It stands out, but with limitations.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is a natural evolution of the first title, bringing more modes and a noticeable graphical polish. Unfortunately, it still doesn't do enough to differentiate itself from the competition, but it's a great option for PlayStation gamers looking for a platform fighting game.

VISCO Collection is a collection that helps preserve VISCO's gaming history. Some titles are pretty fun (Bang Bead, FlipShot, and Neo DriftOut), while others are average (Goal! Goal! Goal!, Ganryu and Andro Dunos) or lousy (Captain Tomaday).

Although not suitable for first-time players, Like a Dragon Gaiden is a spin-off made for fans that fulfills its objective: it delivers a narrative wrapped in a roller coaster of emotions with classic beat'em up gameplay and dozens of side activities.

CYMACHINA is an RPG with interesting ideas and good combat that ends up sinning for an excess of repetitiveness in its enemy and map designs, as well as a story that ends up tripping a little over itself.

The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone knows exactly what it intends and how to make it work. With a story typical of the good old days of animation, charismatic protagonists and simple and effective mechanics, it is a light and fun game, as long as you don't expect more than it set out to offer.

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing is fun and demonstrates that the developers cared about the fans of animation. However, it limits itself as another game of the genre that only copies a successful formula, without the necessary potential to stand out.

Achilles: Legends Untold honors the legacy of both the character that stars in the game, and the good references that the production is inspired by. Beautiful and enjoyable to play, it has its own heels, but, precise and efficient as the hero, it surprises as one of the best works of the genre.

Ebenezer and the Invisible World enchants with its drawn visuals and fantastic narrative, being above the average metroidvanias in these two aspects, but the same cannot be said of other fields. The fights are lukewarm and the map design can be off-putting with backtracking and the small print annoying. Those who like the graphic style, Victorian stories, and A Christmas Carol will have a lot to appreciate here, which can make up for the perception that the gameplay is average and doesn't stand out in the genre.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe offers an immersive experience for simulation enthusiasts. With diverse game modes, the opportunity to create custom roller coasters, and challenges in varied scenarios, players can immerse themselves in the management of their parks. However, despite some additions since the original 2018 game, the title does not bring revolutionary innovations.

Star Ocean: The Second Story R is a great remake not only of an excellent Action RPG, but of one of the best and most influential games of the golden age of JRPGs. With a unique and pleasant look, considerable novelties in its gameplay that will keep even long-time players engaged, and several quality-of-life improvements, Star Ocean: The Second Story R is a must-have for fans of the genre.

RoboCop: Rogue City has a number of problems that consist more of a general lack of technical polish and the use of a dated overall game structure. Despite this, it respectfully delivers a good setting for a classic character, respecting the original material and with good doses of fun.
