After a launch worthy of the best of the year, the only important thing that was missing arrived: Resident Evil 4 - Separate Ways gives the lead to Ada Wong, who manages not only to complement Leon's saga, but also to build a first-class adventure of her own. Shooting, kicking and jumping is always a lot of fun, and the DLC challenges have a great level of difficulty, including combat and puzzles. In conclusion, a mandatory expansion for those who have the game and a great extra incentive for those who have not yet purchased it.

A Tiny Sticker Tale, as the name implies, is a short journey of learning about good things that makes us reflect on what we currently are or do. An analogy about the importance of appreciating small things, looking out for others and leaving a valuable lesson about positive things, such as kindness and friendliness. Game mechanics that involve manipulating objects and characters to solve challenges offer interesting intellectual stimulation, encouraging strategic thinking. It's a cozy and captivating experience, with a story that explores themes of virtue and personal growth through the adventures of its protagonist.

Adding up all its good and bad characteristics, No Son Of Mine ends with a positive balance. The dark atmosphere is competent in the different environments that the game explores, as is the basic premise of the plot and gameplay. The issue is that the campaign is brief and full of tedious explorations. As the combats are equally repetitive, we have a somewhat limited experience. In other words, while the basic gameplay is interesting, it becomes boring quickly. Given that the game is an indie, it is commendable to see a robust production with important qualities. If today's title is used as a basis for a more sophisticated production, we will certainly have a great game. Otherwise, it's just an interesting tip for horror lovers.

Paleo Pines hits the mark by putting its main attraction at the center of everything: the dinosaurs. Opening up more areas and finding out new dinos makes the campaign have a natural rhythm to it, always advancing a little more. Though the visuals aren't generally anything special, the cute design of the prehistoric animals charms us with its charisma and works in harmony with the lighthearted management.

Savant - Ascent REMIX stands out with its creative interpretation of the shoot 'em up genre, offering a dizzying experience in a world inspired by Savant's music. Stages feature intense and challenging firefights, maintaining a feeling of freshness as new mechanics and enemies are introduced. The pixel art setting and energetic soundtrack perfectly complement the action, creating an immersive atmosphere. However, the game also has negative points that can affect the experience. The high difficulty, combined with the lack of room for errors and spaced checkpoints, can make the game frustrating and repetitive. Furthermore, the need to repeat sections and memorize patterns makes the games a bit tiring. In the end, Savant - Ascent REMIX is an interesting experience for fans of the genre as it offers frantic shoot 'em up action and high challenge, but it also tests patience with repetition and the lack of room for error.

Fate/Samurai Remnant transforms the Holy Grail war (here called the Ritual of the Crescent Moon) into a fascinating period conflict inspired by traditional Japanese elements. Both for those who have already delved deeply into the series and for those who are just looking for a good action RPG, this is an unmissable title.

Bud Spencer & Terence Hill - Slaps and Beans 2's main merits are its notable presentation, including cinematographic elements, nostalgic soundtrack, high quality pixel art, and sound effects that faithfully capture the comic sounds of the movies starred by Bud and Terence. The title is strong on its nostalgic appeal to the fans of the duo's movies thanks to a careful recreation of the spirit of the movies. However, basic elements tied to its gameplay may leave a lot to be desired for some players, especially enthusiasts of the genre, meaning the general experience may vary depending on the person's preferences.

Silent Hope mixes action RPG, roguelite and crafting to create an addictive, yet quickly repetitive, experience. Built on solid foundations, the game is easily a good recommendation for those who like action experiences and want to spend hours and hours facing hordes of monsters in the abyss.

Ugly is a title that goes beyond the expectations created by its name, offering a visually stunning and narratively intriguing experience. Despite considerable challenges, its journey through thought-provoking puzzles and a subtly constructed narrative make it a worthy recommendation for genre enthusiasts and those looking for something new and different to play.

Everhood: Eternity Edition finally puts an excellent RPG on the radar of console owners, which without a shadow of a doubt has everything it needs to become a cult classic within a few years. The subtitles in Portuguese are a highlight, as are the new songs, but not making the new options global is a huge mistake for those who already own the title on other platforms.

The Crew Motorfest makes a smart choice by escaping the realism of the simulators in the market and betting on the almost oldschool experience of focusing on the fun with an arcade style that allows any public to dive into the open world and step on the gas. Despite the issues mentioned, it's a solid and honest experience most of the time and may challenge even the most competitive players or allow the casual ones to relax. The variety of races, styles, vehicles and playlists manages to keep the public entertained for dozens of hours in O'ahu without tiring out.

Making a good use of the main elements of the franchise in a modern take, Super Bomberman R 2 is a great game. Launching bombs to explode enemies and collect items is still very fun, with cross-play matches and beautiful modern visuals. Players who already know the franchise thanks to the old titles will definitely have a good experience here. Unfortunately, the issue is that it offers little variety in the available game modes. They're good but it feels lacking; in fact, the campaign has little ambition and doesn't offer significant rewards. Besides that, the performance and resource obtaining also affect the game negatively. Nonetheless, it is a good suggestion for your library offering fun and challenge in an uncomplicated fashion.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails is a competent action RPG worth playing. Despite a few limitations that may annoy some players and a story that may be a weak point, the general experience showcases the late 2000's/early 2010's Nihon Falcom design style very well and continues to be as compelling as it was back then.

Starfield is an immense RPG, which gives the player the opportunity to be whoever they want and explore a vast universe, adapting the gameplay to their style, exploring only the mechanics they like most. It's certainly not perfect, but its flaws matter less and less as the player becomes absorbed by the immense amount of activities and content at their disposal. Starfield is an experience that shouldn't be played, but lived, and has enough content to entertain the player for years as their space life simulator.

Before I started playing it, one of my fears with Moonstone Island was that it would be just another game inspired by Stardew Valley. However, Studio Supersoft's title is an excellent example of how to build on popular games and still create something unique and striking. The procedural generation of islands ensures that each adventure is unique and the various construction, management, relationship, battle and exploration mechanics help you develop an adventure the way you want. Despite some small problems, it is a more than right recommendation for players who want to enjoy a great life simulator.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle has its problems, but it fulfills its main objective, which is to be a good survival horror game. The setting, limited inventory, secrets, and good old backtracking during the game guarantee the approval of those who like the genre, even with the frustrating combat mechanics that need more polish.

If the reader is looking for casual fun, NBA 2K24 is a good option. There are many modes to play the game, with many different customization, teams and challenge options. However, if your focus is competitive matches, it's necessary to pay attention to your connection and the wallet. Maybe if the visual production was cutting-edge, we would have more reasons to overlook these issues but unfortunately it ends up as a suggestion only for fans of the basketball franchise and sports games in general.

Wandering Sword draws attention due to its beautiful audiovisual elements and its challenging combat. Its 2D HD graphics and soundtrack are spectacular, creating a unique setting for this adventure inspired by Chinese culture. The different styles of martial arts create a varied, dynamic combat that hardly falls into the same, although the grid structure doesn't help much. For the most enthusiastic, changing the turn-based system to real time is a feature that will certainly please. If you have good knowledge of English, we recommend a fun and captivating RPG.
