Muse Dash is an excellent rhythm game that will keep you entertained for hours. The catchy songs, the game’s dynamic gameplay, and the anime-style graphics work perfectly together. If you enjoy games like Guitar Hero, Just Dance, Magic Titles, and similar titles, you need to add this game to your collection. Another bonus is that you can also buy it for your mobile phone (Android) for a great price of 80 CZK, though purchasing its DLC isn’t quite as pleasant.

Nebuchadnezzar is a very enjoyable city-building strategy game that involves micromanagement and focuses on infrastructure and the needs of the population. However, in certain phases, setting the route for every merchant or water carrier can be a bit tedious. It’s also a bit of a shame that the game, especially in its later stages, lacks elements that could significantly impact or disrupt gameplay, such as storms or other environmental factors. Despite this, it’s a well-made title that you’ll spend plenty of time with—provided you’re a fan of city-building strategy games with micromanagement. However, if you’ve played Pharaoh, you might be slightly disappointed by some elements in the game and the visual absence of monument construction.

INDUSTRIA is a game that, in certain situations, undoubtedly offers interesting visuals and sound design. However, while playing, you’ll encounter a large number of graphical glitches in particular, and aside from a few moments where the atmosphere feels more immersive, it’s an average FPS game. Its inspiration from Half-Life 2 promised an interesting gaming experience. Setting the story in an alternative steampunk city had great potential, but this potential went largely untapped—especially since practically nothing happens for the first 30 minutes, and before you know it, the game is over. Furthermore, even though it’s been a few months since the game’s release and many fixes have been implemented, the Steam achievement for completing the game on Hardcore is still not working.

Tandem: A Tale of Shadows brings several interesting ideas to the realm of logic puzzles, wrapped in a fairly appealing package. However, it suffers from minor yet ultimately critical flaws that turn what should be a relaxing experience into a nightmare. The simplistic presentation and weak attempt at storytelling mentally categorize the game as one for a younger audience, but the content itself doesn’t warrant that label. Neither the dual perspective nor the innovative mechanics can fully compensate for the inconsistent difficulty or the control issues. Still, it’s not an outright bad game—it will keep you entertained for about five hours.

Polda 7 is a solid sequel to the classic animated point-and-click adventure game, which still offers great humor, time-tested gameplay, and professional Czech voice acting. The only minor flaws are the somewhat dull introduction to the game and, for some, the inability to customize the visual settings. We’re giving Polda 7 eight out of ten points, as I enjoyed this new installment just as much as the previous one, and it’s clear that the developers at Zima Software haven’t run out of ideas yet.

I definitely give Animal Shelter a positive review, as it filled me with a sense of calm and joy. It’s a typical relaxing game with a bonus: the cuteness of the animals. While it’s true that after a few hours of playing, everything basically repeats in a loop, on the other hand, the price of just under seventeen euros is reasonable, and if you’re having a bad day, I highly recommend this as a surefire way to lift your spirits.

While Tiny Tina's Wonderlands isn't a full-fledged, direct sequel to the Borderlands series, it's a solid stopgap that offers the familiar gameplay, great humor, and everything else we've come to expect. The only things marring the overall great impression are the lackluster technical aspects and, for me personally, a not-so-interesting story. It would also be nice to see some innovation in the gameplay itself in the future. I give it seven and a half out of ten.

Townscaper is a charming game for more artistically inclined players. Technically, everything works perfectly; the building system is sophisticated, and with a little patience, you can create truly remarkable works of art. However, the fun of the game literally depends entirely on what you can imagine and then bring to life. So if you aren’t particularly creative and need some goals or instructions while playing, Townscaper probably won’t thrill you much.

ANNO: Mutationem is a very nice pixel art RPG set in a cyberpunk world. It stands out primarily for its soothing soundtrack and dynamic perspective, which serve to mask an ordinary combat system and an unfortunate narrative style. It’s neither a groundbreaking title nor a leader in the field, but for casual gamers, Mutationem will undeniably be a pleasant diversion.

With its unique take on the story, Catie in MeowmeowLand appeals to a wide range of players, from little kids to seasoned veterans. While the game draws inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, it brings its own distinctive style to the story—and, most importantly, lots of CATS! This charming adventure game will keep you pleasantly entertained, though unfortunately not for very long.

FixFox is a wonderful, peaceful adventure game from a one-person Czech studio, and its low-budget production is in no way evident. On the contrary, the developer has handled this challenge exceptionally well, and the game offers sufficiently long, suspenseful, and entertaining gameplay completely free of violence. Since this is a Czech title, the lack of a Czech localization is a bit of a letdown, and a few minor flaws slightly lower what is already a very good rating.

Thanks to its 3D graphics, Kirby and the Forgotten Land represents a major leap forward for the series, introducing new combat mechanics and abilities. The world is incredibly diverse, vibrant, and colorful. Every level is unique, and great attention has been paid to detail in the backgrounds. You’ll truly enjoy exploring every nook and cranny. It’s a charming, lighthearted adventure game for all ages that you can also enjoy at a great pace in local co-op.

If you enjoy games that involve investigation and really make you think, I definitely recommend playing Return of the Obra Dinn—you’ll love it. The game takes about eight to twelve hours to complete. You can look forward to a perfectly written story that you’ll definitely enjoy. I also can’t forget to mention the book, which, in my opinion, is both very helpful and beautifully designed.

At its core, Wytchwood is a well-crafted game whose world is both beautiful and terrifying. The entire game is visually stunning and, at least on PC, technically flawless. The gameplay is incredibly engaging, especially in the first few hours. Something interesting awaits around every corner, whether it’s a character, a location, or a quest. Unfortunately, in its second half, the game devolves into a tedious repetition of mundane tasks and offers players nothing new beyond the story, which, however, fails to compensate for the tedious gameplay. The result is a title that is certainly worth checking out, but you’ll need to consider how many times you’re willing to repeat the same activity over and over for the sake of a bit of story.

All in all, Submerged: Hidden Depths comes across at first glance as an intriguing adventure game with an even more intriguing world that practically begs to be explored. Technically speaking, however, it’s not quite as impressive, and the game’s “simplicity” can even feel a bit tedious at times. That said, the game undeniably offers a relaxing and soothing experience. If you decide to skip the side content and stick to the main path, you’ll be done in about three hours.

Martha is Dead does full justice to the psychological horror genre, offering a truly immersive experience. You’ll definitely find innovative storytelling here, with a determination to push boundaries—though this game is definitely not for the faint of heart. It features beautifully crafted environments and a perfect soundtrack that enhances the dark atmosphere. The player constantly balances between reality and Giulia’s dark thoughts. But you’ll have to find out for yourself which way the scales tip.

The Dawn of Ragnarok expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is really just another run-of-the-mill DLC for the main game, which unfortunately doesn’t stand out from the rest in any way. And even though it offers a completely new location, enough gameplay to warrant a standalone title, and dozens more hours of exploration, it fails to justify the €40 price tag at which it’s currently being sold. Once Dawn of Ragnarok is on sale for half price, feel free to invest in it with a clear conscience. It’s not a bad product by any means, and it still features all the great aspects of the main game; it’s just that, for its current price, it doesn’t offer much that’s new, which unfortunately might not appeal to everyone. I give it six out of ten.

Unpacking is a delightful little game that is, at its core, quite simple, yet also very compelling and engaging. Its simple but effective gameplay, combined with appealing visuals, makes for a game that’s a joy to spend an evening or two playing. The developers thought of every detail and managed to transform a boring activity on paper into an entertaining experience that can tug at your heartstrings and perhaps even make you think a little. It has its minor flaws and isn’t a game for everyone. However, it definitely shouldn’t be overlooked, as it’s a creation that’s as unique as it is well-crafted.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is finally what I've been waiting for from this series for years, and as a former fan who had given up on the Assassins due to certain shortcomings, I'm glad to be able to return to the Assassin's Creed series after several years—and perhaps even go back and play the previous two installments of this modern trilogy. A must-play for fans. For newcomers or former fans, a spectacular and high-quality return to the world of the Assassins. Eight and a half out of ten.

Banner of the Maid puts the reins of command in the hands of a young woman who has achieved the almost unbelievable. If the game has any significant flaws, they’re only the ones you notice at first glance, and when it comes to saving Paris, these trifles must be set aside.
