We have a game that deserves all the praise with its gameplay dynamics, storytelling and most importantly, its dynamic structure from the beginning to the end.

It Takes Two is one of the finest co-op experiences out there and one of the best games out this year. From a gameplay standpoint, there is a consistently creative approach to how you solve challenges with your partner and there is no better game to play that uses co-op, and this highly memorable story will make you laugh and even pull at your heartstrings.

It Takes Two may be the best co-op game I’ve ever played. I haven’t played a game that’s incredibly fun, like this, in a long time – it’s mind-blowing how much stuff there is to interact with and do with your partner. You can’t help but smile as you progress throughout the game, finding yourselves improving your co-op skills very organically whilst having an absolute blast. I loved every second of being in this world and I’d love to return at some point in the future. I know I’ll be popping back, from time to time, challenging friends to the mini-games – since they’re worthy of being standalone games in their own right. Hazelight have really upped their game here, I loved A Way Out but It Takes Two raised the bar even higher. They’ve well and truly created a co-op masterpiece, an experience which I feel the modern consoles have been lacking for a long time. So, grab a friend or partner and play this game, it’s a true showcase of how great gaming is as a medium to have fun. There’s one big problem though; I wish it had never ended!

It Takes Two is a wonderful co-op adventure that features a touching narrative, inventive gameplay mechanics that constantly keep things varied, and a whimsical world that’s packed full of detail… what more could you want? I was genuinely blown away with just how clever the game was, with the focus on teamwork never growing tiresome but remaining intuitive in design from the start to end. It’s absolutely brilliant. I really do think it is one of the best co-op games that I have ever played, and honestly, some of the sequences in the game will remain with me for a long time (especially with that elephant). If you’re looking for a co-op adventure that’ll bedazzle you with charm and fun, look no further than It Takes Two – it’s simply an unmissable experience.

Hazelight Studios, led by Josef Fares, have developed a video game that offers a different experience compared to the current catalog. As if we mixed its 2 previous games, It Takes Two maintains the deep narrative , the mandatory cooperative and gives the different point with humor and the large number of different playable mechanics that we will find in the game. A must experience for everyone, which I'm going to recommend to those who have the possibility to play it with someone, either in online or local mode.

It Takes Two is without a doubt one of the best platformers I have played in recent years. The level design is incredible and the many ideas regarding the cooperative elements are second to none. It offers a decent length and the fact that it never gets boring in the process only speaks for the game, making it great value for money and especially worthwhile with the free "Friend Pass" option for the co-player.

It Takes Two is a beautiful and exciting co-op experience, that can potentially mean so much more for those who relate to this premise. Working together is not always the issue in a relationship, sometimes you just don’t get along. Across all the jumps, boss battles, and deadly puzzles, we get to witness this couple’s journey. From this, we also learn a few pointers on teamwork and having a ton of fun along the way.
