Super Mario Party Jamboree is a continued return to form for the Mario Party series, blending the core formula with colourful splashes of the new and inventive. Nintendo have elevated what made the series special through a wide selection of fun mini-games, expansive boards and a mix of additional modes/challenges. There's a party in the Mushroom Kingdom and you're very much invited!
With an overabundance of content, infinitely replayable minigames, and enough charm to fill a piñata, Super Mario Party Jamboree is easily the best Mario Party on Switch. While not necessarily a replacement for Superstars due to that game being more of a series celebration rather than a brand new entry, Jamboree improves upon the original Super Mario Party in almost every way, and is absolutely worth the upgrade. Although the single-player mode wasn’t as fleshed out as it could have been, and there are a few strange development decisions here and there, Jamboree has more than a little something for everyone.
Super Mario Party Jamboree is a fun title that will give you a great time with family and friends. We loved seeing that NDCube listened to feedback and improved many of the aspects where Super Mario Party fell short. Unfortunately, in the process, they forgot to pay attention to the elements that made its predecessor a game that many enjoyed.

All in all, Super Mario Party Jamboree doesn't really have too many negatives. It's a really fun party collection of mini-games that will appeal to the whole family and a bunch of friends. It offers a great selection of minigames, well-tuned mechanics, dynamic maps and a bunch of side modes as well. The core of the game hasn't really changed, so it kind of feels like an expansion to Super Mario Party.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is definitely one of the best games in the entire franchise and my personal favourite one so far. If you're looking to have a party with local friends or online friends-to-be, be sure not to ignore your invite to this shindig. 🎲

Super Mario Party Jamboree hits every note. It’s filled to the brim with content for all ages and skill levels, and even thinks of the players without that many friends to play with (Me). The large cast of characters, vibrant visuals and joyous vibes make Jamboree possibly the best party game on the Switch. Most importantly, it is certainly the best entry in the series since Mario Party 2.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is packed with content, but still doesn't seem to offer much new. If the concept is familiar from previous years, then everything feels quite familiar from the beginning. The gameplay is fun, even hilarious at times, but the title needs the right people around it to reach its full potential - and even then, certain game modes suffer from repetition and sameness.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble brings back a classic series in a way that fans will adore. The short but sweet levels and tight controls are great, with a wide variety in levels to maintain interest. Though where it lacks polish is the online multiplayer, which was an ambitious move for the series that unfortunately falls flat compared to the solo adventure.
Super Mario Party Jamboree truly has something for everyone. Between its enjoyable smorgasbord of minigames, delightful lineup of traditional-style boards and exciting injection of fresh competitive and cooperative modes, this is a party you won’t want to miss out on. Biggest Mario Party? Absolutely. Best? After 30 hours and many laughter-filled evenings with friends, I’m thinking it’s very much in the conversation.

The Nintendo Switch was already home to the definitive experiments Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros., and now you can say the same about Mario Party. Super Mario Party Jamboree has enough qualities to validate dozens of marketing platitudes: it is the biggest Mario Party and, in aspects such as board selection and modes, it is the best Mario Party. More than admiring the quality, quantity and modernism of its content and features, the fun and rollercoaster of emotions they provide is commendable, in a mandatory experience for local multiplayer that will delight Greeks and Trojans - whether young or old, whether new to the series or longtime fans.

Super Mario Party Jamboree exceeds all expectations and delivers a title worthy of being considered the best Mario Party ever made. With over 100 minigames, several online and offline options, and several modes for one or more players, it's hard to find a reason not to join this party that proves that the Switch still has plenty of fuel to burn and plenty of fun to offer, even after being on the market for so long.
