Dog Man: Mission Impawsible Reviews
Dav Pilkey’s world of Dog Man has been recreated lovingly. I’m sure he would be proud of the game. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is platforming at its best. It’s also a lot of fun to play through. I’ve spent a few evenings playing the game along with the TC Mini Crew and it’s given me an experience that can’t be replaced. Those core memories will live with me for a lifetime. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible receives the Thumb Culture Gold Award.
Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is overpriced and painfully average, squandering the anarchic potential of its source material.
The effortless and straightforward amusement that Dog Man: Mission Impawsible provides is greatly appreciated. While the game gets more demanding with having to pull off trickier and tighter jumps or having to use a bit more brain power on how to unlock a door, I never got tired of playing. The smart layout of the stages blend expertly with the characters movesets and powers making a perfectly well balanced and enjoyable game for all audiences. The fine quality of the games graphics and audio will keep you engaged and involved with the gameplay. Whether you are a fan of Dog Man or not, you will have a ball playing Dog Man: Mission Impawsible.
Dog Man: Mission Impawsible may be a more childish title, but it is still an interesting adventure for those who want a platform game that is not too complex and even want a gateway to get to know Dog Man and his stories. The charisma of Dav Pilkey's universe was very well translated and manages to be as funny as the books.

Still, you can say that Dog Man is a great platformer that is especially unique because of the change between the three playable characters. It never really gets difficult and challenging, but for younger players it will be quite a job to complete the game. In total, the game offers about 8 hours of content, which is certainly not bad. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is certainly not the best platformer of the year, with Astro Bot as the highlight in 2024, but it is a very solid, well-developed platformer that can be entertaining for both young and old.

Those acquainted with the books will enjoy the familiar characters and references in Dog Man: Mission Impawsible. However, you don’t need any prior knowledge of the Supa Buddies to enjoy this bright, humorous and colourful platformer.
