So where does Adorable Adventures rank in my games I’ve played this year. I’ll be honest, right at the top. Its been a lovely change of pace, something calm and explorative. Something that leaves a smile on my face, something that draws me back to play more. With so many cute little moments that I think will stay with me, its a wonderful story that is simply perfection. Adorable Adventures gets the Thumb Culture Platinum Award.

Adorable Adventures is a fine, cosy, laid-back experience. There's a good amount to do, from hunting scents to taking photos, and it entertains through the few hours that it lasts. It never really changes gear, though. Still, if you want a short and cosy experience, Adorable Adventures is worth considering.

Though Adorable Adventures is extraordinarily simple for older gamers and seems to lack ambition, its impact arguably extends beyond its offering as a video game, at least to younger folk anyhow as it seeks to expand their knowledge of their relationship with the natural world that surrounds them and, of course, the sprightly boars that serve as Adorable Adventures protagonists. A great introduction to open world design for new games and the young folk alike, Adorable Adventures also makes a good case for itself as a relaxing refuge from the worries of the world, one where you can get lost in the beauty of nature, smell flowers and frolic about with your boar siblings. I'm not sure about you but to me, I need that sort of wholesome in my life right now.

Adorable Adventures ends up being more engaging than it might initially seem. It's not a long game, and you can see most of what it offers in a few hours, but there's enough optional content to stretch that time if you want to fully explore every corner. What stands out most is how cohesive it feels. The mechanics, the world, and the tone all support the same idea of slowing down and experiencing nature through a different perspective. If you enjoy relaxed exploration and games that focus more on atmosphere than difficulty, this is an easy recommendation. Helping Boris reunite his family feels rewarding because every objective along the way is genuinely fun to take part in.

The worst thing about Adorable Adventures is its title: yes, it does indeed offer an adorable adventure, but it's far more than that. This heart-warming journey sees a young boar reunite with his mother and siblings after a forest fire, and thanks to meaningful gameplay and gorgeous visuals, it's an utter joy to play.

Adorable Adventures is a quiet cozy exploration game in which you, as a piggy, explore a colorful world in search of your family. The emphasis is on relaxed walking around, exploring and following scent trails in a friendly, atmospheric environment. The game mainly excels in atmosphere and charm, with a soft visual style and simple gameplay that puts little pressure on the player. At the same time, exploring can sometimes become unclear due to vague directions and limited explanations, causing you to occasionally get stuck.

Adorable Adventures is a pleasant short sandbox experience with an unconventional protagonist that will mostly entertain children, though it may also appeal to players with a soft spot for animals or hidden object games.

Adorable Adventures could have been a fun and engaging game, but instead, it delivers a story that is far too short and sorely lacking in dynamism.

Although it wasn’t long enough, I loved every minute. Adorable Adventures is a great indie title that will make your heart swell. It is undeniably cute, and the boars were lovely to look at. The world is a joy to experience, and I love the blend of side quests and core elements. Accordingly, I think it’s great, and I recommend grabbing a copy from the Xbox store!

Adorable Adventures is exactly what it says on the cover, a warm, charming, and surprisingly varied game that asks nothing more of you than to follow your nose and enjoy the ride.

Adorable Adventures offers moments of relaxation and the experience is very pleasant to live. We quickly get attached to Boris and his family, animals oh so cute. Of course, if you are looking for an action-packed game and are not a fan of calm experiences that push curiosity about the world around us, finally that of the marcassins: go your way! Otherwise, do not deprive yourself or your children of those moments of tranquility where we sniff all the flora, where we interact with the living beings around, and where we complete the few challenges that await us, while being tendered by so much cuteness.

For players willing to embrace its slower tempo, Adorable Adventures provides a memorable experience that feels both warm and engaging. It’s a reminder that not every journey needs urgency or spectacle to be meaningful. Sometimes, all it takes is a quiet path, a curious mind, and the willingness to follow wherever your senses lead.

Adorable Adventures is indeed very adorable, but could have been a bit more adventurous with its mechanics. It has a very clever core mechanic, but it could have used a bit more variation to really stand out. Even so, it’s still a fun little adventure, especially for younger players.

Adorable Adventures is the kind of game that relies heavily on how well you connect with its core premise. On the surface, it appears to be just a simple story about a wild boar searching for its family. However, when you read between the lines—noticing the wildfires, the impacted wildlife, and the underlying message of environmental care—it gains a completely different level of depth. The gameplay is straightforward but introduces some clever ideas, particularly in the use of the scent-tracking mechanic, even if it does have a few limitations. Short, contemplative, and full of heart, it is an experience that might not appeal to everyone, but it will definitely surprise fans who enjoy this specific style of game.
