Halo Wars 2 Reviews
With a single-player campaign lasting around 15 hours, and multiplayer to follow, Halo Wars 2 is yet another solid entry in the franchise. Its minor problems do little to make this worth checking out for fans and newcomers alike.
Halo Wars 2 is somewhere between a Halo game for RTS fans and a RTS game for Halo fans, never going too in depth into either category so as to put people off.
Halo Wars 2 clearly shows that you can play strategies on consoles. A dynamic and addictive game that develops wings into a multi.

Overall, Halo Wars 2 is a nice addition to the Halo collection as well as to the strategy area, especially on the console, where there are very few in this style.

Halo Wars 2 is a precious sequence of underestimated titles. A title that proves that RTS style can also be played on the console with clever and understandable controls and a stronger fictional section than the rest of the old RTS titles.

Halo Wars 2 is a strategic overall good. Creative Assembly has managed to combine a very compelling and well-told storyline with RTS dynamics on the one hand a little too simplified by the standards of the genre, but on the other hand quite effective especially considering also the user base to which the production is intended.

Halo Wars 2 is a tremendously solid video game and this year's "Halo." It is a Microsoft blockbuster that is not only risky, and that's to applaud it, but it has turned out well and has that continual sequel point that makes everything better than the original. It's bigger, more spectacular, with more modes and more fun than Halo Wars 1. If you liked that game from 2009, you should dive headfirst into this one. If the »sub-saga» catches you again, you will be in for a pleasant surprise.

Halo Wars 2 is a bright, juicy and beautiful game with a bunch of small details, which make this sci-fi adventure a little more believable. Even after the astonishing original Halo Wars the sequel is still a unique (in some ways) and addictive real-time strategy and also a worthy continuation of story of a lonely ship lost in the vastness of space.

After the huge success of Halo Wars in 2009, now after 8 years, we have the copy and almost the same game but with some difference and new features. Halo Wars 2 is here to make RTS fans proud and if you are one of those people that always enjoy these games, well this game is for you; but if you are a new player to the series and this type of games, you better go and start with something else.

If you are a fan of a real-time strategy game, you will not regret buying it. Players even have an addiction to the game.

Halo Wars 2's RTS mechanics are not even close to being as good and deep as PC titles, but on console level those mechanics are so accessible and easy to learn that raises the bar for console RTS titles and shows that Halo universe has a great potential in other genres too.

Halo Wars 2 does not necessarily add anything new, but its formulaic approach to RTS games is a breath of fresh air for console owners. A bland story, mixed with incredibly realized cutscenes, fun yet repetitive mission structure, and fast-paced competitive multiplayer creates a full package that is definitely worth your time.
Halo Wars 2 doesn't break any new ground, and won't soon overtake the leaders of the genre, but it offers plenty for gamers who seek a refined console-focused RTS and another joyous trip into the Halo universe.
The most accessible yet demanding real time strategy game for consoles, Halo Wars 2 lives up to expectations while celebrating 20 years of RTS tradition at the same time. Fans of the franchise will love it but veterans and newcomers to the RTS genre will be satisfied as well.

Halo Wars 2 is a better game thanks to the improvements of the ideas that were established by the first title. Better camera/cursor speed and the addition of custom groupings makes it feel closer to a PC RTS title while still maintaining the ease of control that console players want. The campaign and standard multiplayer modes are solid, while Blitz is a great addition for those looking for quicker RTS matches. While the game is undoubtedly better on a PC, the gameplay and presentation do well on a console — if you can overlook some of the issues mentioned earlier. Halo Wars 2 may be the only RTS game on the platform thus far, but it is a good one that's worth checking out.
Halo Wars 2 is quite an entertaining game as it comes with a vast yet satisfying content. We Highly recommend it for strategy games' fans.

Halo Wars 2 managed to drag me in kicking and screaming, and left me coming out more intrigued about the Halo universe itself. I have never been an aficionado of the Haloverse, nor have I ever been interested in it before. Halo Wars 2 may just change that. The campaign tells a safe narrative that is made more impressive by the intimacy of the gameplay. The multiplayer Blitz mode may not be for everyone, but between it, and the rest of the multiplayer, there's enough there to keep people going for quite some time.
Halo Wars 2 is an absolute blast. Whether you're engrossed into its fantastic storyline in the battle against Atriox, playing it like a classic RTS in the Deathmatch, Domination, or Stronghold game-types, or building your deck with the new and innovative Blitz mode, there's something for everyone. Halo Wars 2 is for both newbies to RTS and Halo games, as well as seasonal veterans. As for those who love both Halo and RTS, well they have an absolute treat awaiting them, as do new players alike.
There is plenty of fun to be had, but in the end Halo Wars 2 feels like just another decent game from a popular franchise.
Halo Wars 2 is an ambitious game that delivers easily understandable RTS gameplay in an immersive way.
