Rayman Legends Reviews
Both visually and mechanically, Rayman Legends consistently sparks the imagination. The co-op play on the Wii U is something that really must be experienced, and while the implementation isn't a perfect fit on other platforms, it does little to hold the game back. While we certainly wouldn't advocate carbon copies, we hope Rayman Legends paints a vision for other 2D games to follow.
It's stunning platforming, with a move-set and dynamism unique to this fresh new series for the Rayman character, and it's memorable. It deserves to be enjoyed by all platforming fans that own a Wii U; it should not be missed.
Rayman Legends is bursting with creative platforming and fresh ideas.
Rayman squirts, jumps, runs very fast, and goes through -stage after stage- a wonderful world. Thus he discovers this dreamlike universe: a multifaceted and multicolored imagery, drawn with a love for details that seems unthinkable, but above all so attentive to enhancing the new, defining a microcosm full of strange creatures, debris, dead that celebrate. In addition to the glance, the construction of the levels, the positioning of every object, secret, obstacle stands out: the design of the internships interfaces perfectly with the many motor skills of the protagonist, both when taking more relaxed times and asking to explore every ravine, and when instead pushes him to a desperate race.

For those who would be surprised to see a "simple" 4.5 on Rayman Legends, while he sets the bar higher than his older Origins, know that we did not feel the urge to make it a cult episode. Fantastic as it is, the real revolution was Rayman Origins and today Legends is just taking the experience a step further. My last days on Rayman Legends really transported me, just as Rayman Origins knew how to do it more than a year ago.

The best non-Mario platformer ever made and a stunning work of imagination, where the visuals, music, and gameplay all resonate in perfect harmony.
As a difficult second album, Rayman Legends is just one of those things that, no matter how hard you try, it remains a true and pure good. You can scrutinise it to the nth degree, but its charms will always overcome everything in the end, and with enough fresh ideas (whilst borrowing from Origins), Rayman Legends is an absolute must-own game, if only for the wonderful asynchronous multiplayer and incredible music levels.
Rayman Legends isn't perfect, but it's still a cracking game.
Like Origins before it, Rayman Legends is polished, pretty and addicting. Legends has teeth — especially when it comes to invaded stages, and some later bosses almost caused me to put a controller or two into orbit. But it's hard to point to another 2D platformer that has the level of variety and quality that Rayman Legends boasts.
Ubisoft Montpelier has managed to build on Rayman Origins with a more challenging and nutritious content that won't put you to sleep until you've rooted it out.

Rayman has made it to the same level as Mario and the rest of the elite. With Rayman Legends, it sometimes feels like he's building a new platform above them, so he can stand alone as the one true king.
Rayman Legends is a game that should be in everyone's closet. The game is accessible and ensures that you will always do your best, but without causing irritations. However, you will find that you have to replay levels because you just missed that one piece or have not collected enough Lums. The game's graphical style is upbeat, and everything seems to fit right together in the various themes the game offers. The ability to walk through the levels with your friends is fun from start to finish, but will inevitably lead to a chaos where you only bother each other. All in all, Rayman Legends is a fantastic game that should definitely be among the big names at the top!

Ubisoft has inched the needle past the excellent Rayman Origins, delivering a great package with action, time-based challenges, chaotic multiplayer, and more
Charming, funny, and only sometimes exasperating, Rayman Legends is the kind of game that makes this industry a better place for its existence.
Rayman Legends is the evolution of Rayman Origins. The developers have been able to improve most of the aspects of the previous title, and the result is a game that can certainly be counted in the Olympus of the most beautiful platformers of the last five years.

It may make you break your GamePad, but Ubisoft's colourful adventure is one of the best plumber-free platformers you'll find
Oozing quality and packed with content, Rayman Legends justifies its place among the platforming elite, and proves that even after all this time, Ubisoft's oldest mascot is still full of new ideas.
It's a nearly flawless game you don't want to miss—especially if you own a Wii U.
Legends doesn't skimp on content, with plenty of new worlds, old levels ported over from Origins, weekly challenges, and even a multiplayer soccer mini-game.
