Forza Horizon 3 - Hot Wheels Expansion Reviews
Back in 2011, pro racer, stunt driver, and X-Games gold medallist Travis Pastrana successfully launched his Team Hot Wheels trophy truck further than any other four-wheeled vehicle in history. He did it from a giant jump assembled at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, built to appear like a life-sized length of bright orange Hot Wheels track. Forza Horizon 3: Hot Wheels is Pastrana's enormous toy ramp surrounded by a city-sized network of equally insane stunt tracks: a bedroom floor on an unlimited budget. What's not to love? A delightful, daring, and different expansion that reinforces Forza Horizon 3's reputation as one of the best racing games ever made.
A bright, fun and surprisingly substantial racing experience that does interesting things with Forza Horizon 3's core design.
The Forza Horizon series has always embodied the adventurous and fun side of driving, and the Hot Wheels expansion delivers that in spades.
Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels is an expansion that all fan of the game shouldn't be lost. Far from being a mere padding, we are almost talking about a new game, offering an unprecedented game area quite wide, full of possibilities and with more news than ever. The brilliant and original design of the roads makes playing a delight and is a reason enough to enjoy this fantastic title.

Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels works even though it occupies a weird space. It doesn't play to Forza Horizon's strengths and, eventually, it doesn't even feel much like Hot Wheels anymore. It's claustrophobic and constricting in a way this franchise hasn't been before. In a twist of irony, it's the Hot Wheels aspect that prevents this expansion from ever performing anything spectacularly perilous.
Forza Horizon 3's Hot Wheels DLC is something of a missed opportunity. Visually spectacular, but adding virtually nothing to the core Horizon 3 experience besides some new-found problems and annoyances, fans are arguably better off sticking with the tarmac/dirt/sand of the mainland.
Turn 10 deserves serious props for the way they've handled the games post-release content
Forza Horizon 3 - Hot Wheels is a bright and fascinating arcade DLC with insanely beautiful graphics - a pleasant experience even after passing the final race.

The Hot Wheels expansion pack may not be what players were expecting from the franchise, but by combining both the spirit of the main game with the insanity of the brand, Forza Horizon 3: Hot Wheels is about as much fun as you can possibly have.
If you loved the base game, we'd wholeheartedly recommend this expansion. It's totally over the top and has enough content to justify the price.
Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels expansion is another stunning addition to the Horizon experience. If you are done with everything that has come before it, and need some new races to get involved in, or just want some fun for you and your mates, then the price asked is a good one
Playground have managed to extract the awesomeness stored in the collective hive-mind of every "big-kid" out there that wants to be able to play with their Hot Wheels sets without strange glances from onlookers. It's a fun outing for the series as a whole and something I hope to see more of down the line.
I doubt anyone asked for the Hot Wheels Expansion, but at the same time, this is the expansion we always wanted to have in Forza. Whilst the execution should've been handled differently, I can't deny how much fun I've had with the Hot Wheels Expansion when playing online with friends.
A great addition to the game that offers a different take on racing, making you want to race at breakneck speeds and take on twisting tracks and the exhilarating loop-de-loops. A must play for Forza Horizon 3 owners.

If you enjoyed Forza Horizon 3 then the Hot Wheels DLC is essential. It can definitely be improved on, but know that the wheels in this game are indeed hot.
Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels is the best Forza has been, and that's saying something coming off of Blizzard Mountain and the equally amazing Forza Horizon 3, this game and its other expansion is unrivaled. Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels is a fever-dream of childhood fantasies come to life in the biggest and best ways
For many children and former-children the eye-searing paint jobs and unfeasibly large engines of Hot Wheels stirs up unbridled glee and their deep-seated hatred for the laws of physics
he Hot Wheels expansion goes against everything we have come to know and love about Forza Horizon, yet was a complete blast! The unforgiving and extremely fast paced nature of this expansion brings a massive change of pace from the main game and it works brilliantly for the most part. The cars and tracks are a critical hit to the nostalgia of anyone who played with Hot Wheels in their youth - and the modifications available to these cars are as good as we have come to expect from Forza!
Forza Horizon 3: Hot Wheels Expansion is one of the best pieces of DLC I've ever played.
