Lightning fast-paced action makes a storied franchise feel fresh again. The game is simple, fun and addicting and the addition of a two-player mode is welcome. The cons lie in the two-player mode as you do have to rely on a bit of micromanagement (like bursting the fruit requires you to "kiss" each other). The game does make up for it with plenty of customization options and challenges that will keep you playing for hours.
PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2 PLUS could have been the definitive version of an already almost perfect game. The damming frame-rate drops are bad enough to affect the game's playability and oftentimes lead to unfair losses. In spite of the technical shortcomings, though, those who manage to adapt or compensate for this unyieldingly flaw will still find that this is a wonderful version of an already beloved arcade classic. The music and sound effects are all distinctively very Pac-Man, but with a techno flair to it that gives it a bit of extra synth-crunch. Anyone who loves the arcade original will love this new take on it, but be warned that it does have some pretty bad chop and would be best to wait till it gets patched.
If you’ve not played a Pac-Man game recently, as I imagine most of us haven’t, it’s worth a dip, and even if you’re a pellet-munching savant this is the best portable Pac-Man you’ll get, and the two-player justifies it as well. Waka waka indeed.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus offers the same exciting fun that fans are used to while also including a fully realised and wholly enjoyable multiplayer component.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus performs well on Switch, with only a few fits of noticeable slowdown while in handheld mode. The Plus 2P mode is a nice addition, but sadly lacks the content available in the main game. If you're looking for a fun and quick distraction for a few minutes every once in a while, this game may be right up your alley.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is the Switch version of a sequel not as good as the original one. Nevertheless, the game is still fun and the new co-op mode is quite enjoyable.

Pac-Man is one of the icons in gaming history that so many of us had a great memories with it and experience a new Pac-Man game such as Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 plus is always fun and nostalgic for us, specialy on nintendo switch. Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 plus is a game full of innovation and new gameplay elements that made us a very refreshing and new experience of a Pac-Man game, but beside the positive side, we must say that these innovations and changes, sometimes damage the game and moved it far away from roots of series.the game has diffrent modes such as adventure or score attack that are very entertaining and made you a delightful experience along with these lovely creatures. exclusive 2-player co-op mode on nintendo switch is so amazing and made this game more entetaining than ever. Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is a dynamic and very addictive arcade game with a good soundtrack and an interesting co-op that is perfect for playing in portable mode in the subway or during boring lecture.

The new co-op mode is incredibly fun and just proves that two-player Pac-Man should be a mandatory option for all future Pac-Man releases. It is disappointing that the co-op mode is limited to only five levels and an unlockable "Boss Rush" mode.
Pac-man Championship Edition 2 Plus keeps all the fun and frenetic gameplay that made the original so appealing, a inconsistent frame rate holds back the otherwise great package that shouldn't be missed.
Unfortunately, the botched offline score uploading, minor technical issues, and disappointing Adventure mode drag the entire experience down. If you have friends locally to play the two-player mode or friends online to score chase with, this is a fine game, at least as long you're always near WiFi when you get high scores. Without the well-implemented high score chases, it's still fun, just maybe more fleeting than it could have been.
Ultimately, Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is proof that bigger isn't always better. The additional gameplay mechanics only get in the way of how fun the original was, and makes the screen a busy mess at times. The saving grace is that the Switch version of the game is perfect for short play sessions, which makes it a decent purchase for those that want Pac-Man on the go.

In all, if you have ever loved Pac-Man, know that this version on the Switch is well worth owning. It brings some great twists to the formula and does in a way that feels natural and welcoming to all players. Chasing a high score is addictive and playing with friends is also a lot of fun. This is a title that is well worth the entry price, especially if you haven't played it on another console. Pac-Man and the Switch is a perfect fit and this game is the proof.
