Ultimately, Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is proof that bigger isn't always better. The additional gameplay mechanics only get in the way of how fun the original was, and makes the screen a busy mess at times. The saving grace is that the Switch version of the game is perfect for short play sessions, which makes it a decent purchase for those that want Pac-Man on the go.
Unfortunately, the botched offline score uploading, minor technical issues, and disappointing Adventure mode drag the entire experience down. If you have friends locally to play the two-player mode or friends online to score chase with, this is a fine game, at least as long you're always near WiFi when you get high scores. Without the well-implemented high score chases, it's still fun, just maybe more fleeting than it could have been.
Pac-man Championship Edition 2 Plus keeps all the fun and frenetic gameplay that made the original so appealing, a inconsistent frame rate holds back the otherwise great package that shouldn't be missed.
The new co-op mode is incredibly fun and just proves that two-player Pac-Man should be a mandatory option for all future Pac-Man releases. It is disappointing that the co-op mode is limited to only five levels and an unlockable "Boss Rush" mode.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is a dynamic and very addictive arcade game with a good soundtrack and an interesting co-op that is perfect for playing in portable mode in the subway or during boring lecture.

Pac-Man is one of the icons in gaming history that so many of us had a great memories with it and experience a new Pac-Man game such as Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 plus is always fun and nostalgic for us, specialy on nintendo switch. Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 plus is a game full of innovation and new gameplay elements that made us a very refreshing and new experience of a Pac-Man game, but beside the positive side, we must say that these innovations and changes, sometimes damage the game and moved it far away from roots of series.the game has diffrent modes such as adventure or score attack that are very entertaining and made you a delightful experience along with these lovely creatures. exclusive 2-player co-op mode on nintendo switch is so amazing and made this game more entetaining than ever. Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus performs well on Switch, with only a few fits of noticeable slowdown while in handheld mode. The Plus 2P mode is a nice addition, but sadly lacks the content available in the main game. If you're looking for a fun and quick distraction for a few minutes every once in a while, this game may be right up your alley.

If you’ve not played a Pac-Man game recently, as I imagine most of us haven’t, it’s worth a dip, and even if you’re a pellet-munching savant this is the best portable Pac-Man you’ll get, and the two-player justifies it as well. Waka waka indeed.
PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2 PLUS could have been the definitive version of an already almost perfect game. The damming frame-rate drops are bad enough to affect the game's playability and oftentimes lead to unfair losses. In spite of the technical shortcomings, though, those who manage to adapt or compensate for this unyieldingly flaw will still find that this is a wonderful version of an already beloved arcade classic. The music and sound effects are all distinctively very Pac-Man, but with a techno flair to it that gives it a bit of extra synth-crunch. Anyone who loves the arcade original will love this new take on it, but be warned that it does have some pretty bad chop and would be best to wait till it gets patched.
Lightning fast-paced action makes a storied franchise feel fresh again. The game is simple, fun and addicting and the addition of a two-player mode is welcome. The cons lie in the two-player mode as you do have to rely on a bit of micromanagement (like bursting the fruit requires you to "kiss" each other). The game does make up for it with plenty of customization options and challenges that will keep you playing for hours.
Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus builds on its predecessor and brings some additional new elements that could certainly be more, as it would very much benefit this edition's experience. Thanks to its addictive and frantic gameplay, Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus successfully brings the Pac-Man experience to the Nintendo Switch catalog in a way that will keep the game's fans closely around their console for some long and fun hours, whether solo or multiplayer.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is a very good puzzle / reflex game, for newcomers and veterans who have already tried the first game. It offers new rules that boost the gameplay and renew the fun, and this Switch version also adds a game within the game, with a very cool co-op mode. Since the game comes out at a low price on eShop, we see no good reason to avoid this sweetmeat, as long as you like frantic arcade games where scoring depends primarily on your reflexes and your smartness.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 may have a few additions for the sake of it, but it's still one of the best score-attack games you could hope to play.
Championship Edition 2 Plus its the same game from 2016, but adding a new 2 player mode. It's an insane arcade that forgets the laws from the original Pac-Man, adding different objetives (like eating moving fruit) and a ton of options. But its core it's so focused on getting hi-scores (and rankings), that the casual player probably won't enjoy it.
