Two Point Hospital has astonishingly managed to capture the feeling of Theme Hospital, taking all the best elements from original while adding improvements and enhancements. It's not just a sweet dose of nostalgia - it's a fun, funny, and very good game to boot, and will keep you up into the wee hours researching cures or just trying to unlock one more star rating.
Two Point Hospital is the antidote to our two-decade Theme Hospital obsession. With its strong sense of humour and accessible yet deep gameplay loop, this spiritual successor replicates all the elements that made the 1997 original so memorable. Importantly, it's been smartly converted to the PS4, with a slick control scheme and a varied campaign.
Two Point Hospital is a fairly successful representative of the genre that is not the most popular today on consoles, which is very easy to learn how to play and generally very friendly for beginners. Taking into account the humor and fun of the gameplay, this is a good motivation to spend your free time in it.

Two Point Hospital is perfect for anyone affected by nostalgia syndrome caused by old Bullfrog games, but it is also suitable for healthy bearers of irony and for all those who are not afraid of getting infected by its amusing frenzy. The port of the control system on Switch is very good, even if the loads are longer and framerate is sometimes unstable – a not so important flaw for the gameplay of Two Point Hospital.

The console port of Two Point Hospital is a winner in my book.
Though not all of the features were used to their potential, I got a lot out of the experience of playing the game and didn't feel too overwhelmed (as much as possible when your patients start dying, at least). Developer Two Point flashes their pedigree with their freshman game; Two Point Hospital is easily one of the best sim games you can grab in 2018. I don't consider myself to be an overachiever generally, but in Two Point Hospital, I try to run the best possible hospital, not just for my patients' well-beings, but to keep the game continuing on.
Two Point Hospital takes us right back to the nineties glory days of the management sim, with compelling gameplay, eccentric humour and a healthy dose of gently anarchic fun. You might complain about the save games or the fact that it sticks very closely to the old, established path, but few sims of recent years have been this accessible to get into or this interesting long-term. Miss the good old days of Theme Park, Theme Hospital, and The Movies? This enormously lovable sim will more than fill the hole.
Two Point Hospital manages to successfully update its ancestor and brings a real wind of freshness in the ocean of action titles that sweep across our different platforms. Full of humor, with intelligent mechanisms and a practical interface of management, and also didactic, with a smooth progression, it has everything that is needed to attract gamers. That's why we forgive it more easily some concerns about backups, hoping that it will benefit from updates and even more scenarios.

Two Point Hospital follows through on its lofty goals of bringing an old favorite into a new era, and in doing so, it has eclipsed many of its genre contemporaries and predecessors alike.
Two Point Hospital is everything that Theme Hospital fans would have been hoping for from a successor, and then some. It may still have some finicky issues, which hopefully, can be addressed with a post-launch update, but all of its charm and witty humor make managing hospitals far more entertaining than it really should be.
After years of waiting for a game to capture the same joy of Theme Hospital, Two Point Hospital arrives as an able successor. Although, two decades on we'd hoped it wouldn't share the same flaws.
Two Point Hospital is a bright, fun simulation game
The highest praise we can give Two Point Hospital is that it feels impossible not to have fun with it.
Two Point Hospital does an excellent job of bringing the genre into the modern-day gaming space. From its simple and excellent graphics to the pitch-perfect humour and gameplay, I can't recommend it highly enough to fans of the genre. While we may never see a sequel to Theme Hospital, I'm more than content with Two Point Studios taking the reigns and can't wait to see what the studio does next.
Whether you’re pining for the good ol’ days of sim management madness or you’re new to the idea of simulated insanity in the workplace, Two Point Hospital clearly has the cure for whatever ails you.
Two Point Hospital shines with clever humor and a successful simulation flow - with deductions in the B-grade.

Two Point Hospital was not originally made for the Nintendo Switch but this adaptation works so well that it's easy to forget about that. With its irresistible mix of addictive, engaging gameplay, surprising and delightful humor, slick and sharp gameplay and an audiovisual environment that looks and sounds just right, Two Point Hospital is an essential game not only for fans of management simulations but to everyone who owns a Nintendo Switch.
