I enjoyed my time with Predator: Hunting Grounds. It's the first asynchronous multiplayer title in a while that has appealed to me, and it has already shown that it has its potential for fun. Nonetheless, it's a hard sell for a price of $40.

That said you can tell a lot of care went into making sure the Predator played great and that the game felt like the original movie. If you can get a good group together you can have a lot of fun with this one.
Predator: Hunting Grounds is a fantastic game to enjoy whenever you're in the mood for some chaotic and overly violent online multiplayer action. With that being said, playing it in long sessions will make the experience wear thin sooner rather than later.
There is a glimmer of a diamond in Predator: Hunting Grounds, but it is surrounded by a lot of rough. The game is a lot of fun when you're playing with friends or even a well-coordinated group as the Fireteam, but balance issues with how the Predator can actually hunt the team or how the Fireteam can respond to an ill-equipped Predator truly keep it in a rough place as an asymmetrical multiplayer title. It has great ideas at its core but the execution at this stage isn't working, and with fine-tuning, it could be top tier.
Predator: Hunting Grounds has solid legs but repetitive objectives and poor balancing muddy what could have been a new take on asymmetrical multiplayer.
Hunting Grounds is one of those games that have some great ideas, but this ideas are not well executed. Not only the game lacks a lot of content but also the game take some weird decisions regarding its mechanics.

A technically not perfect title that is still fun, especially if you play the role of the ultimate predator, if you are passionate about the franchise and if you play in good company. Who knows if with the next DLC, one of which expects to be able to use Arnold already, and with some future patches, the game cannot improve significantly.

Predator: Hunting Grounds has a lot of potential that is currently not being exploited. The asymmetrical game principle is basically well implemented, but unfortunately it is thrown over by the immature balancing. The template is made for this and it is to be hoped that Illfonic will add a little more. Revise the balancing, add a few maps and please improve the technique a little bit, then the whole thing can still develop.

Avoid Predator: Hunting Grounds like you're being hunted by the Predator itself!
Predator: Hunting Grounds looks like a free-to-play game, poor in content, mechanics and visuals, where certain animations and effects are completely out of date, making impossible to recommend it beyond the most absolute fans of the Predator character or online multiplayer games.

Predator: Hunting Ground is a quite fun and entertaining game and one of which, without becoming a follower of the franchise, we will spend very great moments. If, on the other hand, you are a fan, this is undoubtedly your game, since the feeling of playing like a Predator and feeling like you are hunting humans is priceless. The feeling of immersion is brutal and the graphics, quite correct, contribute to it.
