Star Wars: Squadrons Reviews
Star Wars: Squadrons is exactly the space combat flying simulator I’ve been looking for from modern Star Wars video games. The flying feels smooth and the environments are absolutely stunning, making you feel like you’re really in your own Star Wars movie, piloting an X-Wing to victory.
Stard Wars: Squadrons is the space simulator of the saga that every fan was waiting for, with a flight experience to match the circumstances and full of classic details of the franchise.

Star Wars: Squadrons is more than just the sum of its parts. While it may lack a few key features, it excels greatly in the experience of flying in combat missions, with or without VR.
After nearly two decades without a flight-centric Star Wars game, Star Wars: Squadrons bursts onto the scene to fulfill the other sci-fi fantasy: the one where you become an ace pilot!
Star Wars: Squadrons provides fulfilling and authentic gameplay, but fails in almost every other department. The story, map variety, and technical performance are subpar and keeps me from coming back.
Squadrons is the sort of game that EA needs to make more of. Tight, focused experiences that meet a need perfectly. Any fan of space combat should be diving into this the first chance they get.
Outside hardware early adopters, Squadrons’ longevity is going to come down to how readily its multiplayer side ends up being embraced; if the supply of aces to shoot down peters out, so will much of the game’s appeal, Star Wars or no Star Wars. For now, though, the ability to load up a compelling, adrenaline-pounding aerial battle, at the ready, is one hell of a selling point all on its own.
Where’s my Slave One? Where’s the Battle of Hoth? When it comes to starship battles, “Star Wars: Squadrons” could easily beat up “Battleftont II”. Unfortunately Motive Studios have lost their chance for success.

The ultimate Star Wars dogfighting game since Rogue Squadron, plain and simple. It's smaller than you might expect in scope but it gets the job done considering its budget price, with an engaging campaign that gets you up and running with the basics and a multiplayer that repeats the addictive gameplay. You could ask for more but it doesn't from you so it's a fair deal.

Star Wars Squadrons proves that Jedi: Fallen Order was no fluke. Video games have never been more empowered to immerse players in all the coolest parts of the Star Wars universe, and EA is no longer tripping on its own feet making it happen. We used to daydream of being so fully engrossed in a spectacular Star Wars dogfight. Now, after just an hour of Star Wars Squadrons, with the right group, the daydream is when we can get our friends back in the air.
A wonderful and beautiful game that holds your breath at every moment with the use of VR, but it failed to make me feel the same way without the use of VR headset, even with the limited number of multiplayer modes, it is considered a nice experience, especially all this at a competitive price of 40$.

Star Wars: Squadrons offers a great experience within its proposal – the combat in classic ships of the franchise – with a satisfactory campaign and a robust multiplayer mode. With a competent look, its greatest strength is, in fact, in the sharp and balanced gameplay, not forgetting the franchise's inevitable appeal to fans of all ages.

Star Wars: Squadrons is exactly what it sets out to be: a modern revival of the old-school Star Wars flight simulators. It isn't particularly ambitious, but it is a lot of fun. Just being able to zoom through the wreckage of a ship battle while trying to get a bead on that darn X-Wing is enough to keep your attention for a while. The game lives and dies by its multiplayer, and hopefully the community is thriving for a while. Do you want to pilot an X-Wing? Then Squadrons is the game for you. Die-hard simulator fans might find it to be too simple for their tastes.
An innovative flight shooter, squadrons brings the essence of star Wars dogfights in great fashion, while it does lack some ground levels. The gameplay and the control scheme are really impressive.

Although there exist a few unneglected flaws and bugs, Star Wars: Squadrons is fun for both Star War fanboys and flight game novices.

Ever wanted to be an X-Wing pilot? Playing this game immersively with VR is the closest yet to being in the cockpit, flying missions on both sides of the galactic divide
Star Wars: Squadrons is a pretty nice surprise. It's great campaign and awesome VR makes it a must have.

Star Wars: Squadrons presents what we want from space combat with smooth control over the space fighters and the chaotic, exciting battles. Although it needs continuous support as it lacks content at the time being.

Squadrons does a lot of things right. And it's the closest thing we're to a new X-Wing or Tie Fighter we're going to get. Though it's a stand-alone game, it's also a fantastic complement to Battlefront 2's starfighter assault mode, giving aces new and old two very good options to choose from.
